Overall happy with the quality.

Had very good experience working with Pulte Homes

It was a great process despite delays due to supply chain issues. My builder got everything together and made a beautiful home. My only comment was that, now that I've moved in, we've realized a few things weren't installed correctly, but are being fixed or being scheduled to be fixed. The Warranty department has been very responsive and quick to get things sorted out. I highly recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking to purchase. They have a wide variety of homes to choose from, and I'm confident I have a great home.

Delivered the house as promised on the date as promised. No big problems.

It was our first time building a home. Alex was very helpful in helping us understand our options up front. She and Steve kept us updated throughout the entire process. The team worked hard to make sure our home was as we expected it at closing!

I think I had the best on-site sales counselor that there is, thank you Alex! She was always prompt to answer questions and I felt like her answers where genuine and truthful. The building supervisor was also great and has answered any questions I had about the house even after closing. Dealing with Steve and Alex made this stressful process so much easier. I am a bit disappointed with some of the craftmanship, many of the doors and frames were damaged (lots of carpentry issues) and the paint job was terrible. Globs of paint, visible streaks, uneven shelves, crooked door frames, miss aligned trim etc. its pretty bad and I plan to talk with the warranty team about this. I emailed and called (left a message) the warranty team last week with some other issues, nothing emergent, but I still haven't heard from anyone, so that's a little frustrating. Overall, I have a beautiful home, I'm happy, and I expect that the warranty team will hold up their end and fix any quality issues that are found over the next year. ... More

Overall, a pretty satisfying experience!

I sincerely appreciate the Sales Manager and the Construction Manager still in the neighborhood to address the few issues that have come up. Pablo and Marcos are awesome.

I love my home. Everyone was very nice and help when they could. One thing needs to improve is on the people they hire to do the work, painters, fence, landscaping, electrician, appliances the quality of the work is not as good the details on the paint, molding, etc is not the best. Appliances where very cheap even though we got the upgrade package. They need to do better on attention to detail or hire people that have pride on their work. Landscaping was half fast done. We paid a lot of money for our home and details are important when it comes to the finishes of the home.

Overall pleased with our home. Building process near the end and communication upon closure could have went smoother.

Roxanne from Pulte made the home buying experience amazing and very enjoyable. Tim and his team from Pulte did everything we asked for and responded immediately If we had any issues.

Overall it has been a great experience. However, there have been a few things around the house that they could have just done right the first time instead of having to request fixes. For example, my cabinet crown molding was a slightly different color than my cabinets. You can visually tell just by looking at it, so not sure why it wasn't installed right the first time. That being said, they have been amazing at fixing any issues big or small that I bring to them.

We bought a 1 story home and what stood out to me was the open floor plan design that just opened up the whole house. This made the house seem bigger than what it was so I was very happy with the choices that were available to us in their portfolio. The salesperson that helped us was incredibly helpful and there for us all the way till the end. And when problems arise they were ready to remedy any issues we had.

Sales agent (Roxanne Martin) made it happen, very responsive and easy to work with. The Construction Manager (Daniel Ladig), pointed out the few issues in the walkthrough before I did, and had them fixed before I moved in. Was refreshing to not have to follow up.

Nathan, Ray, and Justin all made our first home a great experience and one we would do again with Pulte.

Marking at a 4 for workmanship, as quality of paint job could have been better. There are a few spots of paint drip, and some has started to peel a bit. But overall, good quality of install, no issues thus far.
