Overall good experience. Good: My salesman Brad (while still my salesman) and the field manager Steve. Steve was always accommodating and a source of knowledge. Not so Good: Purchased during pandemic and could not go to design center personally to see samples. Had to seek that out on my own to the best of my abilities. That part of the buying process, in my opinion was unfair. I was sold a home with a mask on but couldn’t get the same when time to design my first home?

With PULTE, as with any other builder, you really need to check that everything that was in agreement was met....

Our overall experience with Pulte was very positive, with a few small but bothersome issues. There were a few repair items we pointed out to the build team during our various meetings. While some of those were addressed upon reinspection, others weren’t and we had to repeatedly ask for some minor repairs and touch ups to be completed.

The build was fast. The homes are very assembly line and common standard. Don't expect anything great or cutting edge but, for the money it's pretty good

Pulte Exceeded expectations at all levels of the home building process. We are very happy with the finished home. Very elegant!

Every step of the process was pretty straightforward and easy except for Pulte Mortgage, that was a terrible experience. I do not recommend using them. But everyone else involved were beyond great and helpful.

Design center needs to take extra time to make sure the buyer understands everything that is being selected. The overall quality of construction is great. The cleanup before the home owner could be better. We have a lot of grout that is smeared all over the tiles. It will take a long time to clean it. The tile installer was good on the floor but the kitchen back splash and shower stall tile could be better. The grout in the shower was very sloppy and the cleanup wasn't done properly. No one seemed to care when I expressed my concern.

This is my first house, i really like the quality of Pulte and design but the only thing was few minor details were not discussed not a major issue but like gas connection at the backyard patio and light fixture at gathering room.. rest everything is great.

I still have issues that I've submitted on through the portal that have been un resolved. I have a lose spindle on my stairs, the a/c still runs hot in certain rooms even after having someone come out.

Good but found out alot issues that took time to be addressed and multiple times but overall Ryan was great

Overall it was a solid experience. Even though their communication is horrible! I had to constantly chase my project manager for information. I also missed my pre-drywall inspection, which is unacceptable! However, the home so far, has been good and it appears to be holding well and looks great!

During the construction process the response was impecable, the construction manager answered very fast, and was always available. Now we have the house with AC problems in the two bedrooms of the first level, the response was 5 days later and arrived to the house without notice, and we were not on site, so we lose the opportunity to get it fixed, and still is not repaired. Also the sprinkler system is not working in automatic, even configured, so I have to use it manually by opening the exterior valve. The backyard grass was replaced twice, and the sprinklers are buried, not working properly. ... More

They could have used better insulation

The sales part of the purchase was incredibly smooth. All the paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner, and the staff at the design center was very attentive and helpful. The construction aspect was not so great. Trying to get anyone's attention regarding build issues or repairs has been difficult; this remained true after closing. Either we get a very delayed response, or no response at all to emails, calls or texts. We're still trying to get help with problems that we pointed out during construction. The builder was great however once you get into your home and start dealing warranty they are not that good. I have had several issues since moving in. I haven’t been in my home 2 months and AC technician have already had to come out three times. I also put in warranty request and it takes over a week for reply and sometime I even have to resend an email to get reply. I have not been pleased with Pulte since I have closed. I hope the service gets better!

It is a reputable builder.

In general the quality is ok, it could’ve be better. Response to solve quality issues very slow. Pulte QC need to improve.

Don’t ask for same documents several time by the mortgage people.

The weekly construction updates were very helpful and comforting. We always felt welcome to visit the site. The sales and construction team responded to inquiries in a reasonable timeframe. We wish there was an official 30-day walk-through after purchase.

I am overall happy with my purchase. There has been some subpar and sloppy work found but I am working on getting it corrected.

Our pulte home experience has been a pleasure. Everyone was nice and helpful. With only a very few exception the house itself is of excellent quality.

Some basics things not include. For a house 300 k , u can not have a bath tub, upgrade. That’s insane. Thanks pulte
