No other way to say it. This has been an extremely disappointing and regrettable process. What started as my family building our dream home quickly turned into the most stressful time of our lives. And no one at Pulte seemed to care. The process started ok, Aiyana in sales was very up front about what was included and provided the quotes with upgrades we knew we wanted as well as upgrades we were considering so we could budget accordingly. From day one we have been Mis-lead, flat out lied to at times, treated like just another number, given a bunch of lip service and have been extremely frustrated throughout this process. We have been closed for over a month now and STILL have issues waiting to be fixed from closing. Overpromised, underdelivered, deceptive communication

Pulte's sales person was good, but the construction manager and crews did a poor job executing and communicating. We were given a close date about a month or so out, and we jumped through hoops to prep and sell our previous home to meet that date. Leading up to close, Pulte did not disclose the poor quality of finishes throughout the home, even when directly asked. The lack and workmanship whenever an issue was addressed The repair looks worse than the original issue Such as drywall and paint Missing vents and missing fuses in appliances Concrete chipped and scratched from running heavy machinery on horrible communication when issues needing repair are addressed

The lack of quality workmanship for the price of the homes

From day 1 it was poor craftsmanship and service. Literally not happy with any portion of this process. At this point I only view the structure (don't even feel comfortable calling it home) as an investment.

The quality and workmanship of the build.

I am aware of the problem builders are having retaining workers and getting materials due to Covid, but the buyer is the one paying for this shortcoming. The quality of the build and workmanship is very poor, and the companies response to correcting these issues is lacking thus far. The warranty folks have stepped up and are trying to resolve the issues and I am hopeful they will make things right. It is very frustrating to spend you time waiting on worker to show up and correct problems that should have been done right the first time.

The workmanship is sloppy and lazy. All the finishes in our home look terrible and have issues. I’m terrified to think of things behind the walls that we can’t see. There’s no quality assurance and no follow up to reported issues. Do not build with Pulte. I wish I could move back to my DR Horton home.

Poor quality workmanship, material and responsiveness

Really poor, cheap and low quality both material and workmanship. Very disappointed and regret chooses this neighborhood. All other reviews that I seen on google and etc is true. Moved here not even 2 month concrete at patio is cracked and leak plumbing near garage door. Hopefully this not happen to other people/buyer because we spend a lot of money and we don’t get what we expected. Always lot a good promise at the beginning, but the truth is way different. Good question, It’s brand NEW HOMES guys, why have a lot an issue? Hope someone take this seriously.

So many issues with this house and moving in was the hardest. Broken promises from the builder who lied to me and feel tricked into buying a PULTE home
