I love Cody my construction manager and Frank, they are honest and true hearts who cares about the Pulte home issues when they came up. I will not recommend Aaron. I love my Pulte agent Ana also, she is a force to be recognized. She bends over backwards to make sure you get into your home. I do love my Pulte home when you have the right people.

Having recently purchased two new home builds that were not Pulte, I was amazed at the stark differences between Pulte and the others. Our Pulte home quality and responsiveness to any question or detail was responded to immediately. Our job supervisor was anxious to make sure we understood the process and was always available. Our salesperson was also great!

We had an excellent experience due to our Realtor, Angela, and the Construction Manager, Jack. We purchased a home, which was a new build. We did this from 2100 miles away, and meeting with Jack, in person, once. He could not have been more helpful. He responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had. He was always available to take our calls. He worked late with us on the day we arrived, to do our final walk through, so we could close the next day. He made sure everything was as it should be. Overall I had a fantastic experience! From Ana, my sales agent, to my Design specialist, Steven my construction manager, to Heather and Zach with loans, I was well taken care of throughout the whole process. Although I was not terribly pleases with the craftsmanship of some of the work, nor pleased with the home worksite cleanliness during the construction, what mattered most was that I had a great relationship with my team members mentioned above. My concerns were always addressed, my calls always taken, my questions always answered and my request for follow-up was always met. Steven is who made my year long experience worth the wait. I'm thankful that he was my teammate... I learned much from him and with him. He has a great relationship with his team of contractors and that makes a difference. Unfortunately, there was a water leak issue in the laundry room of my new home, before I even moved in. I submitted a warranty service request, and within hours received a phone call from Garrett. The entire issue was handled and resolved within days. I am very pleased with the results and Customer Service from Garrett and Pulte Homes.

The entire process from site selection to final closing was handled professionally and with discretion. Especially welcome we’re the regular updates on the progress at each stage and the ease of assembling and executing the inevitable paperwork associated. The quality of the construction and the support and interest of Evan and Erik from the construction team was excellent. We are very satisfied with the process and enjoying our new home.

Very comperhensive overview of the building process from Nancy, the sales representative to Evan, the buiilding superintendent. Both individuals kept us informed during the entire process. Both Nancy and Evan are very knowledgeable of the home buying and building process.

Peter and Ricky we outstanding to work with. They were friendly and courteous. They responded to calls and texts and took the steps to correct any issues or questions that I had.

We moved from Minnesota to Texas to be nearer to family. The nature of moving across the country was a challenge in itself. While there were some bumps initially with the build process, Pulte kept us well-informed with weekly builder update calls. When we arrived in Texas, Evan and Landon met us at the house and gave us a lot of confidence in the work being done and their attention to detail. They examined the carpet that was installed and had it replaced right away due to some issues. They have continued to be. helpful as we moved in. Everything went smoothly for us.

From start to finish, the communication throughout the building process was exceptional. Pulte scheduled weekly meeting calls to keep us apprised of the progress and answer any questions that we may have. Once the house was built, the follow-up on the minor issues that needed attention was equally impressive. This is our second Pulte home and we trust them to deliver on the quality and value.

That’s great experience to buy the house. I would recommend any of my friends to buy pulte house.

Good overall experience with the purchase

Built the home as mentioned during the initial meeting. Built with nice materials and followed all the standards. Couple of small findings here and there but those are negligible. Overall had good experiences with pulte and definitely recommend to friends.
