[TRANSLATED FROM PT] Everything in the condominium is perfect for a vacation.

Air flow between first and second floor, it was boiling on second floor while first floor was cool. Landscape was done during the heat wave. Had to purchase washer/dryer and fridge since not included. Lots of small details that made it a less than perfect experience

Quality standards need to be looked at for building.

The responsiveness of the construction manager and the Sales Manager has been very good. They have been following up for all the issues. Separately, this is for Pulte company as a whole- Some suggestions and recommendations were not possible to implement when we followed the proper process. However, other people who didnt ask went and did it. This is not fair. Also, the quality of some of the dry wall should have been better. Additionally, the i live on one side and the mailbox assigned to me is far near the model home vs the one close to me. The sales person has been diligently following however, Pulte is just not bothered and blaming it on post office when they are the one who did it. ... More

I had a great experience with Pulte, beginning with the sales person and all throughout the construction process. They were thorough and kept me informed (I was living in a different state while building). At closing there were a few minor things needing to be changed and all were done quickly prior to the closing. I am very happy with Pulte and feel they have a great reputation for a reason.

Pulte is a known builder that produces value in the new home buying experience.

The buying experience was unsettling- the sales office and lack of full transparency the needed handholding and empathy not in the style . The selection officer was col hearted and not helpful- the office has sunscreen changing everything yellow. The officer in a rush- select your items in 3-4 hours and live with it for years to come. The kitchen cabinets of mediocre quality. Preclosing - done with a smile but too rapid. The Officers did not grumble about sought corrections. The rule of can complain only once is not nice. The model homes has features not available even is pay extra and model home has items you would think is included is extra and nobody tells you such the light needed in master bathroom- why not soft close toilet seat why not soft close bathroom vanity drawers? The appliance people will make you waste your time and make you pay for extended warranty- why Pulte could not do it and inc price slightly. The mailbox area has no place to stop is park the car. Purchase the house 3 months ago

purchased a home and moved. things gradually got worse. The community became a 24/7 active construction site - noise is non stop, traffic and debris everywhere..Dirty roads, hazardous mail area and no lawn cutting or pool even though it was promised in my HOA, what am I paying for.. a nightmare?

The site Supervisor did not follow through on any of their responsibilities. This was the 9th home that we had bulit over the past 47 years and from a filthy construction site to not following theough on most needs this was miserable. The salesperson also did not take responsibility for several errors that they made making the entire experience even worse

So far so good. Every item that we have needed to be taken care of, Pulte had responded quickly and helped out.

My rating has been influence by my experience in the customer service area. Communication is paramount to making people feel comfortable with the process. Acknowledgement that your product is not perfect, but you will do your best to make it that way will make more people want to purchase your homes.

How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Excellent builder close is very quiet to outside noise.

Honesty

Within couple of months, refrigerator in the unit went out. It took more than a month to get the warranty company to fix the issue.

Pulte is an amazing company to buy a home from. Not only are their homes top notch, the construction manager we had provided a weekly update and fixed everything along the way. These are excellent quality build homes. I also wanted to advise ***** was wonderful to work with during the home buying process. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her.
