The overall home buying process was outstanding.

All the quality and professionalism one could expect from a big name company with an established reputation. A few mistakes were made with the numbers and there seemed to be redundant forms to sign, but these were resolved very quickly when I brought them up.

Overall pleased with experience, but one should be aware when moving into new construction that until the building has been “broken in” there will be issues like malfunctioning elevators, fire alarms accidentally triggered, etc.

Overall a good experience. There were some communication issues and I wish Pulte had tried to reach out to me instead of me trying to contact them first. But my home is beautiful!

Overall great customer service and buying experience with Pulte Homes. Quality control could be improved and the cost of the upgrades vs. the quality was subpar compared to my experience with other builders.

Sales rep was /is terrific. She got to know my preferences and style. She advised me through some tough decisions that I may have been second-guessing during the long COVID waiting period. Once here, everything is even better than I had hoped and I am very grateful to her. Suggestion: The first walk through should be just to SEE and take in the new condo. A second one should be the "technical" one to check the windows, cabinets, painting. etc

The door to master bath is in awkward position. Conflicts with shower door when open. Slider hidden door would have been better. Similar issue with master suite door and hallway. I am not fully satisfied with insulation of floor of unit above us. I do realize in multi level living there will be some noise. I thought your system of insulation would be a little better.

Rated quality and value 3 stars from a LUXURY living point of view as marketed. Materials were average ni quality even after upgrade and designed did not take advantage of the space - literally have hole from ceiling to countertop in kitchen cabinets

Informative, supportive sales team. Delays occurred with Covid issues; however, good communication was provided. High quality construction manager is assigned to my home. The team is responsive and follows up when needed.

The biggest problem was the completion date was delayed two months

Everyone has been very helpful and knowledgeable.

Everything went well, except the delayed closing (only partially due to COVID-19). Build quality is very good.

House is great for our family.

1. First, we do really like our new house! These are some issues (not deal-breakers) that we have encountered after we moved in: 2. Very little closet space and storage space. 3. The house seems to be better suited to very tall people (the shelf in the shower is too high to be useable and the showerhead is too tall for my wife to adjust, the cabinets in the kitchen are too high to be used without a stepstool, the closet organizers are too tall to be useable for my wife - a person who is 5 ft 2 in - Even the shelf in the laundry is too tall.) 4. The closet organizers are not adjustable or easily removable 5. The shelf spacers/holders in the kitchen cabinets are extremely hard to adjust 6. The overhead LED lights are too high to be safely changed by the homeowner, even with a ladder 7. The driveway should have been disclosed as too short to park a car 8. Garage issues - of which we are currently dealing with Pulte and they have been very accommodating 9. When you use the icemaker, ice goes all over the floor by the refrigerator. 10. After using the dishwasher and opening the door to the appliance, water leeks on to the floor, There are more issues that I am still finding out about, so I would welcome the opportunity to submit a new survey after we have been in the house for two months. The Pulte sales staff was excellent. Randy and Linh are wonderful and knowledgeable people and were a pleasure to work with. Randy was always able to answer my questions during the sales process and waiting to go to closing. If Randy didn't know the answer he would very quickly get back to me with the information. He always gave great advice. Now that I am living in The Atrium I'm impressed with the overall quality of my unit, especially the finish carpentry, tile work and painting. The appliances are top of the line. The keyless entry and the smart thermostat in conjunction with their apps make thing so much better. The project manager Jeff who I initially worked with during move-in was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and quickly got things taken care of and was a pleasure to talk with. Unfortunately, getting the few things that need warranty repair or assistance is a slow, frustrating and tedious process. Further, there is a total lack of communication since moving into The Atrium. There are no emails or newsletters to all owners announcing when amenities will be completed and open. Thus we are left to get pieces of information from other owners. I recognize that this is a new development and expected to experience some problems but the lack of communication should have been anticipated before opening the buildings and systems should have already been set up to provide better communication. ... Pre-settlement Pulte was responsive to issues. Since settlement have made Pulte aware of a couple of issues that have not been addressed in over 15 days. It appears that follow-up from both parties is needed.

Pulte built us a great home and delivery it on time. There were a few corners cut that were disappointing but overall it is a quality built home and they have been very responsive to the little issues that have come up. I would definitely buy Pulte again and would recommend them.
