Did not receive a prompt response to service request. For example, when I requested adjustment to water pressure and temperature, I was initially told to call a plumber myself. Eventually, service was provided but had to make multiple contacts. Issue could have been handled more efficiently.

Be thoroughly aware during inspection. Ask questions and don’t be pressured to buy.

Need to improve repressiveness on issues that are still outstanding from the final walk thru. They were marked but never were completed our fixed.

Overall Great Experience. Love the home! Sales Consultants were the best that I've ever worked with (this is the 5th home I've purchased in the past 45 years). Everyone has been great to work with including the construction supervisor, the warranty supervisor, etc. The only negative experience was dealing with Pultes Mortgage Company. I won't go into that...let's just say that it was NOT a good experience.

Issues show up daily. Overpriced extras.

I was quite pleased with my home. The overall building process was smooth and transparent. Like most new homeowners I do worry about how quickly additional homes will be added to the community and if I overpaid with the current trends of the market. I do recommend taking the walk through with your project manager seriously and noting ALL problems prior to close. Unfortunately, they chose a horrible and unresponsive AC contractor. They have missed appointments, ignored calls and at times been downright rude. They also installed the AC improperly. Our new home is beautifully designed and many many things are just perfect! But there are also many little problems that are annoying and difficult to get resolved. Nothing is urgent anymore (the one urgent problem was fixed but only after a 10 day wait). The project manager is overwhelmed so there's no way that he could possibly address the issues. We hope that Pulte will respond within the first year of ownership so we can have the perfect home we dreamed of.

I can preface this with "should have gotten everything in writing", but in the moment easier said than done. Our experience started off great with a sales person telling us everything we wanted to hear, immediately after signing to start construction the experience began to degrade. Communication in the beginning was horrendous. All of the meetings we were told would be scheduled(in regards to construction) never were, unless we called endlessly to schedule them. The field managers were great during the build process but the quality of work was sub par. It appears that all of the contracts were given to the lowest bidder. "every" piece of visual detail was awful. Spackle was used as a universal fix for everything. Trim falling off the wall? Just lean it back up, no one will notice. To say the process was stressful would be an understatement. All in all once you get in the home and either repair issues yourself or just get over the small things, the home is nice, but if I had to do it over again I likely wouldn't have gone with a pulte new construction home. ... Home design is exactly what we wanted, location is great, and the house was completed on time. Sales office and related offices for mortgage and insurance were very responsive. Builder was accommodating for non-standard features we requested. However, quality of workmanship and materials used were less than anticipated. Examples are plumbing lines/shutoff valves, and not using 16-inch centered studs on non-weight bearing walls. Appliances are builder grade, and we needed to have the microwave repaired in the first week.

I recently purchased a new condominium from Pulte Homes (Lofts at Reston Station) and it has been a nightmare. I hear every footstep from the upstairs neighbor, as well as other noise. Pulte staff promised that you would not hear noise from neighbors, but they refuse to complete a sound inspection or take measures to mitigate the noise.

This is our second Pulte home in this area. Buying experience was great but getting some issues addressed hasn't been - virtually no contact thus far. Previous experience was much more issue friendly.

There's a lot of things I'm starting to see in the house that I might have issues with. I haven't used the warranty yet but some of these things should have been taken care of when the house was built

The layout and execution are smart, efficient and well thought out. The sales staff are well informed, intelligent and responsive. The construction team is professional and inspires confidence.

Great location, attention to details, efficiency in solving any issues, superior products used are just a few of the reasons why Pulte's build at Arrowbrook has started as a big success for the community.

I will base my response base on the star categories. In terms of the quality of workmanship and materials, it could of been better. I understand that in the housing market, builders want to finish homes asap. However, quality should always be more important than quantity when trying to please your customers. With the inflation of homes, i felt that the price for my home was very acceptable. The trustworthy of Pulte was not bad, however, I get it, when the seller is buying the house, all resources are available to that potential customer. But once that customer actually buys the house, you are forgotten and replaced by another potential customer. Lastly, although there were many issues with my house, the responsiveness of the Pulte Homes was quick to acknowledge my concerns and were able to resolve those issues. But some issues that were resolved were actually messy, in terms of cleaning up. ... More

Overall a good community, with the exception of a several issues, that have been brought to the Pulte Homes team. The quality of material and workmanship is not the best, but can be considered average. Their team is very nice to work with. Home layout is great with storage in abundance. The garage space is very tight and the kitchen cabinets are not very user friendly.

The thing that really bothered me was at the walkthru; the Pulte guys gave me an assurance that "If I needed anything to just reach out to them". Well I did. And no response. Guess they did not care anymore since the unit was sold. It was all song and dance.

I am very satisfied with the Pulte townhouse that I recently purchased.

At this point we've lived in our new home for over a month and are very happy with it. The quality of materials and workmanship appears high. And so far Pulte Homes has been responsive to our inquiries.

It’s been over a month that we moved and it’s nice, we’re enjoying the home. There’s no big issues. Couple of small issues fixed by the service team.
