Construction manager is always busy and he is not responsible. He never keeps his words.

Lots of promises up front before closing that issues would be resolved. Painters came three times since closing yet quality of work and products are extremely subpar. We have not complained again because we feel it will be more of the same. Expectations have not been met and there seems to be little interest in engaging us to check in. Every door in our home has issues and all door handles are poor quality. We have given up and most community members (according to what we hear in the chat group) are unhappy. We will not buy from Pulte ever again!

I'm talking about my house. The quality of the material is standard or less than standard. After just 2 weeks of moving into the house, the kitchen windows were loose and couldn’t be closed. It’s been almost 2 months since we purchased the house,We still can’t sleep in our owner’s bedroom. I was given a house that is not strongly insulated,all the road noise is inside the house. I am spending extra 10K for a livable environment,we are about to sue to get compensated.

I purchased an unit from Pulte Homes and was shocked at the lack of value. The unit came with no microwave, washer, or dryer—basic appliances you’d expect to be included. The paint job was sloppy, materials look and feel like the cheapest options available, and the overall construction quality is poor. The parking garage is another major disappointment. Water, water everywhere.

We have water leaking from our bathroom into our main floor, we have a sink hole in our front yard due to a suspected sewage leak, we have water coming through or basement ceiling from the HVAC system, we have water damage in our family room from a roof leak and this is just the water problems. We have electrical problems, smarthome system that was wired incorrectly, and subfloor8ng issues.

HORRIBLE QUALITY AND DENIES WARRANTY CLAIMS

I purchased a brand new home from Pulte in April 2025. Just two months later, the inner pane of our double-glazed sliding glass door spontaneously shattered—with absolutely no sign of impact, misuse, or damage to the exterior pane. This is a textbook example of a stress fracture or material defect, which is supposed to be covered under Pulte’s 1-year limited warranty (per their own performance standards under section 10.5 for cracked windows and stress cracks). Lots of promise, poor delivery

Pulte does a rush job. Everything from the installation of the doors to the paint job to the construction of the walls was clearly done in a haphazard fashion showing a lack of care. Even the toilet they installed had a crack in the basin. Whenever an issue arises, I have to play email and telephone tag to get any kind of response. And then, there’s a lot of gaslighting about whether or not the issue I present is truly a problem. Don’t buy Pulte.

I moved into my Pulte home about two months ago. Overall, the experience has been okay, but there have been several issues that I believe are worth mentioning: 1. Leaking shower – It took nearly two months to get this addressed, though it was eventually fixed. 2. Material quality – Some of the finishes feel quite cheap. Absolutely HORRIBLE workmanship. Building the house was a nightmare, my floor plan was messed up multiple times, my items that were installed were incorrect multiple times, the paint is cheap, the walls were not all the way sanded down, the work looks cheap and there are multiple things that still need to be fixed including the leaking pipes. Would love to share pictures if you give me a link to upload. Not worth the 1.2 million dollars and would not recommend to anyone I know.

I recently purchased a home, and while the overall structure and layout are great, I’m somewhat disappointed with the finishing touches. The contractors that do the caulking are terrible at their work. It has taken them multiple times to caulk our main shower, without leaving holes in the caulking.
