This is my third home built by Pulte. As a loyal buyer, I recommended the Pulte Homes to everyone!

The garage door is way too loud and obnoxious when opening/closing. The fact that it sounds and feels like a mini earthquake from the primary bedroom is crazy.

Appreciate the pre-drywall, final walkthrough meetings where builder explained everything in great detail.

We loved everything about the process of building with Pulte. From our very first meeting the experience was a delight. We were kept well-informed throughout and our questions were always answered promptly.

Customer service very poor after settlement

Now is almost 2 months after closing and there are still some items such as pendant lights in the kitchen and wood panels that are not being installed.

The level of professionalism and responsiveness to my questions and concerns has exceeded my expectations.

I had a great experience buying a home with Pulte Homes. The sales rep, Bridgitte, is excellent and has helped me with questions and issues. She gives good advice on what to do.

Pulte Mortgage could’ve been more transparent in getting best rate instead of waiting until the last minute leaving no room to lock the rate. Project Manager, Justin was awesome. He kept to his word and made sure we were comfortable with the quality. He continued to answer calls after closing.

I really like the modern look of the house. The craftsmanship is really poor. Some materials are very cheap. Sales representatives are very good and response to your queries. Expected more valued materials from Big group like Pulte.

I loved every part of the process especially the closing tour with Bryan!

As first time homebuyers, my fiance and I were incredibly impressed with the care and customer service given by our builder Bobby and sales rep Stephanie. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else!

Quality of workmanship is very poor, I expected a little better quality for almost a million dollar home. Just moved to new house a month ago and already noticed a lot of issues.

It was a great , wonderful experience and amazed with the pulte homes.

Overall the buying experience was great. There need to be some things taken into account such as the quality of the flooring, cabinets, sinks etc to match value of home. Also the floor plan needs modification to suit owners preference with regards ti space if bedrooms and closets. Also no storage space and owner has responsibility of creating their own storage which costs extra. Please also consider storage space for cleaning items like mops, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supply in kitchen area to avoid keeping those items in odd places. Great buying experience!!! Very professional staff!!

We are having issues from the day signing the contract as not much information shared on lot grading. We have to dig in and research rather depend on pulte. And also they gave outdated appliances which is not worth for the price.

My overall buying experience was great. Brigitte from the Sales Office was very helpful and responsive. Bobby the Construction Manager was also great and helpful. However, the Mortgage team was not as pleasant in dealing with, particularly the loan processor. I was reminded about the need to show a lease agreement for my other property two days before closing, which created a lot of stress to find a renter on short notice. It was not clear how the 20k incentive was applied. Plus, the loan estimate from Pulte Mortgage looked very different from the loan estimate from PGP Title, which created a bit of confusion as what was covered by the 20k or if indeed I got a 20k credit at all from Pulte. ... Overall it was a bad experience. The quality of workmanship is not up to the mark as I see several issues including the hot water which was not coming after I moved in and later found out that the coils are completely burnt out. How come this is possible for a new house and I strongly believe that it is a sheer negligence. They must have run the heater without water. The pre drywall and final inspection revealed some issues and not all of them fixed. The most disappointing was the wooden flooring sheets on the second floor started to lift out since it is just a month showing the poor quality of workman ship. There are couple sheets on the first and second floor with chips. Another one which made us to lose the trust is that before final inspection, we marked several places on all there floors where painting and smoothing needs to be done and we marked those spots in presence of the construction manager using the blue tape. There was more than a week time but to our surprise, all the blue tapes were removed but nothing has been done including the cleaning. I don’t know what to call this……. How can we trust as the blue tapes were removed and nothing (not even a single point) was done (either painting and smoothing) causing us the home openers to lose the trust on the workmanship. I would say 70 % of the issues were fixed after repeated requests. I am disappointed that the some of the important issues raised during final inspections were not yet fixed. I have already raised my issues to Pulte customer care and someone is coming to inspect this Wednesday the 11th of September and let’s see how Pulte is going to deal and fix the issues. We actually thought of very high about Pulte but the quality of construction and workmanship is not up to the mark. Someone has been living in My model unit there was clothes in dryers and various other items. Dryer didn't work It to 2 months to get in directory and the package concierge

have multiple issues with the home from nails popping out of the carpet, missing Hangers, caulk, gaps between wall and floor.

Buying was rushed because construction finished early. Building quality is what all current Pre-fab homes are. Not much wiggle room. Not everyone wants their washer/dryer next to their bedroom. Open floor design is nice. Not exact contractual materials are behind the walls. When discovered, you the client is asked to adhere to agreements and follow protocol. Otherwise you are stuck with the bills! Friendly and responsive Construction Crew. Cooperate is all about holding on to their money, not accepting responsibility and stating protocols. Not regretting purchase - beautiful community, friendly neighbors, walking distance amenities. Just make sure what’s delivered is exactly what’s promised!! May need ’X’ray’ Vision for some of it. ...
