The garage door is way too loud and obnoxious when opening/closing. The fact that it sounds and feels like a mini earthquake from the primary bedroom is crazy.

Pulte Mortgage could’ve been more transparent in getting best rate instead of waiting until the last minute leaving no room to lock the rate. Project Manager, Justin was awesome. He kept to his word and made sure we were comfortable with the quality. He continued to answer calls after closing.

I really like the modern look of the house. The craftsmanship is really poor. Some materials are very cheap. Sales representatives are very good and response to your queries. Expected more valued materials from Big group like Pulte.

Quality of workmanship is very poor, I expected a little better quality for almost a million dollar home. Just moved to new house a month ago and already noticed a lot of issues.

Overall the buying experience was great. There need to be some things taken into account such as the quality of the flooring, cabinets, sinks etc to match value of home. Also the floor plan needs modification to suit owners preference with regards ti space if bedrooms and closets. Also no storage space and owner has responsibility of creating their own storage which costs extra. Please also consider storage space for cleaning items like mops, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supply in kitchen area to avoid keeping those items in odd places. Great buying experience!!! Very professional staff!!

We are having issues from the day signing the contract as not much information shared on lot grading. We have to dig in and research rather depend on pulte. And also they gave outdated appliances which is not worth for the price.

My overall buying experience was great. Brigitte from the Sales Office was very helpful and responsive. Bobby the Construction Manager was also great and helpful. However, the Mortgage team was not as pleasant in dealing with, particularly the loan processor. I was reminded about the need to show a lease agreement for my other property two days before closing, which created a lot of stress to find a renter on short notice. It was not clear how the 20k incentive was applied. Plus, the loan estimate from Pulte Mortgage looked very different from the loan estimate from PGP Title, which created a ...

Overall it was a bad experience. The quality of workmanship is not up to the mark as I see several issues including the hot water which was not coming after I moved in and later found out that the coils are completely burnt out. How come this is possible for a new house and I strongly believe that it is a sheer negligence. They must have run the heater without water. The pre drywall and final inspection revealed some issues and not all of them fixed. The most disappointing was the wooden flooring sheets on the second floor started to lift out since it is just a month showing the poor quality ...

Buying was rushed because construction finished early. Building quality is what all current Pre-fab homes are. Not much wiggle room. Not everyone wants their washer/dryer next to their bedroom. Open floor design is nice. Not exact contractual materials are behind the walls. When discovered, you the client is asked to adhere to agreements and follow protocol.
