Sales agent was great and helpful but after moving in there were many quality issues to the home. Ceiling seam was wrong so my ceiling bubbled up and when they came to fix it they left a dent/hole on the wood floor. Our wifi upgrade took forever to get done. vintage took over a month to get someone out to install WAPs and when they came out the installer did not even know why he was there and did not have the right things. sometimes the lights take awhile to turn on after the switch has been flipped and our shower rods have randomly fallen off in two bathrooms when nothing is even being hanged on them. the pavement on the driveway and road turning in is super uneven and has pot holes. the loft door is not sealed properly and when it’s windy the wind can be felt and heard whistling in. ... Overall a very good buying experience with Pulte Homes. Good Quality appliances inside the home. The central Circuit Panel and the WiFi extenders are also top of the line. A big shout out to Kyle who was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire Closing/Settlement process.

Quick and easy buying experience. The home I purchased was already built and ready to sell. The mortgage rate program was very helpful. Everyone I came into contact with was professional and made the process seamless.

The mortgage that we have to use in order to receive the incentives, is terrible at best. These house get built so fast they lack details, all the house are the same, the walls are not sanded well, and paints is patchy. Adding things like a dish-wash dispenser next to The sink faucet or soft closing option doesnt cost alot but these touches would make the home buyer feel like it wasnt just a wood box and pulte put it together. I bought an NV home before and I will always go with NV from Now on. By the time the home buyer pays off the house, it would cost million or $1.5 mil, put a little effort. ... More

The Pulte Team at Potomac Shores Town Center is top notch! The stage was set by Jennifer, the sales person and followed up by an excellent experience with John, the project manager. I can not say enough good things about this team!! Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure all questions were answered and she had impecable attention to detail throughout the entire buying process-she is a true advocate on the buyer side and great representative of Pulte (a perfect pairing). John carried the good service through to the construction phase. Going above and beyond to take care of questions, concerns, items and even addressing an item on his day off after the closing had already occurred!! We have enjoyed working with Pulte more than we anticipated. Often, building and buying a home is stressful or the process experiences delays. Our experience with Pulte has convinced us that maybe building and buying a home can actually be a pleasant, even enjoyable experience. We have appreciated the honesty, responsiveness to our questions, the flexibility and understanding of our unique life as US Government employees who travel frequently, and the quality of workmanship and craft in the trades responsible for building the home. The construction manager and Pulte representative were always on the same page. The construction manager was brief but generous with his time. The inspections found only minor issues that were often resolved before the inspection report was submitted. I would definitely seek out a Pulte build for future investment or home-buying opportunities. I would also recommend Pulte to other government employees with unique lifestyles, as it is not often that realtors/builders understand the lifestyle and the impact of it on the home building and buying process, particularly the timelines we work under and the need to plan years ahead and do business from overseas. ... Over all my experience is great, only thing is mortgage part little hassle, they keep asking me pay stubs proof, I don’t have it, because it was direct deposit, bank statements seems not count for them, anyway, the house is beautiful and I love the design and materials.

The plan and the layout of the home is one of the best in the market. However, the quality control of the execution wasn’t upto the standard you’d expect in an expensive home such as this. Tthere were several issues identified during the final walk through that the closing had to be pushed by a couple of days. So many minor issues with paining, drywall, flooring, caulking etc. had to be attended to during the first few days after moving.

Pulte’s painter vendor did a horrible job. It’s obvious that the painter vendor only used 1 coat of paint on the walls, doors, and trim. At this price point, Pulte needs to provide more oversight of its painter vendor.

I worked with Bryan, the construction manager, throughout the construction process. I appreciate Bryan's time and attention on my new home. He kept me updated on the progress of my home through emails and texts. After construction, he responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. It's been a great pleasure working with Bryan! 5 star ! Thank you!

There are issues that a new house shouldn’t have!

It was a very detailed briefing on every item in the home. The person displayed in depth knowledge and pride in the home that the company built. He identified items that need to fixed or replaced after closing. The team was very enjoyable to work with through the entire process.

We've bought his house based on its location and the fact that it is a new construction. Design of house is fine, used every inches of the space to be useful and functional. We have problems with workmanship and quality control of the builder after their contractors finished the work. We've had so many electrical problems and still finding out more each week. Most of all, our house is literally next to the road. The noise we have in bedrooms are terrible. When we've met with project managers, he was showing how the noises are greatly reduced in their homes with special windows in model homes. They failed to mention that our home "didn't qualify" to have those windows until we've moved in and noticed the such. Pulte informs me that those windows were only for the few homes on Brock road. The road next us "doesn't have much traffic or high speed limit". It is so loud and feels like sleeping on the sidewalk at times. You've thought that over .1.3 million dollar home would get you a quiet home. We have a middle and high school children and we are worried that they can't focus or get restful sleep due to the noise from the street. It will definitely affect on their academic and athletic performances. We've spoken to other home owners in the neighborhood and they all have similar issues as well. Also I am still waiting on a simple part for my AC unit to reduce the noise. Pulte home warranty service provides pretty good job with responding to the issues. But why does't Pulte build a better quality homes in the beginning and do the less warranty services? ... More

I had a wonder build experience with Pulte in Potomac Shores, VA. Andrew was a great company rep and Robbie provided phenomenal response and support as the project manager throughout the build process. Home was completed on time and had minor craftsmanship corrections at the celebration inspection. Pulte had zero issues with my private inspector's feedback prior to pre-drywall and final walk-through inspections, and I was free to visit the home to check progress throughout the build. Zero regrets on my decision. Greatly enjoying the home.

First time buying a new construction home. Built by Pulte. Process was all good except for the choices available at the design center. Fine details needs to be improved. Enough misalignment to makes you think about the qualiti control. If visible imperfections are noticed what about the those items not visible after dry walls.and paints have covered them?

Pulte made it easy to buy. The quality is good. The personnel are helpful. At the end the whole process left a good feeling with us

The house has many issues. We contacted the builder, but no response. We brought the couple of houses from other builders. They were somehow good to bearable. The Pulte is the worst and not following through the issues. I am very dissatisfied. I will never recommend Pulte to get the dream house.
