All things considered - just have been a month in The house. So far without any big issue. Most of issues are cosmetic due to sloppy/job in a hurry work. Pulte employees are polite, mean well, but unfortunately at times unhelpful. Overpromise and underdeliver. Quality of materials seem good. Problem is sloppy work due to how fast they build and little attention to detail. Or quick fixes that don’t solve the problem. Overall good materials, good houses, little attention to detail.

We shopped around before we decided to purchase a Pulte home. Compare with other builders Pulte offers better quality and design. We’re now moved into our new home for more than a month now. Pulte’s warranty service is responsive as well. Overall our experience with Pulte was great.

It was the fascination process of seeing how the house was constructed through many stages from the ground to wood frames and to a complete house with all features and options inside and outside at the end! The follow up on items that need to be fixed or corrected has not been satisfactory at all. Overall finishes has not been to Pulte standards. Have concerns about the grading of the property matching plot plan.

We have had so many issues that would require us reaching out to service department for requests. Each issue is addressed by different person and it takes forever to come out to work on it might even take multiple visits. We paid for the upgraded padding for the carpet but they didn’t install it in the house. Overall I would say I expected better quality, planning, and service.

Had an issue with main staircase with visual nail marks on treads and open gaps between stairs and stringer. All 16 steps out of 16 steps have gaps and nail marks. Reported to site manager before closing and he told us to handle it with warranty. Stairs contractor and Pulte warranty manager came out and look at it. Both agreed that it’s poor workmanship but still Pulte’s response is it’s within spec. Still working with warranty but this shouldn’t cause this much trouble. The team at Pulte was proficient and good to work with - very timely in response to inquiries and issues. The quality of some finishes makes me question their subcontracting - rushed and not good value for price paid. If I buy another home, I would go with the basics and hire out my own contractors for higher quality finishes and materials.

Build manager and finishing manager we’re good. Subs needed to be better managed and blatant issues could have been fixed without me stating them. Door frame, island, cabinets, and deck were clearly not up to par and the ground out back wasn’t graded correctly to disburse water. Salesman mislead us on options and used supply chain issues to give us down graded appliances. Had a number of issues with the finish carpentry. Exterior had mud all over sides and back of house.
