The Pulte sales staff was excellent. Randy and Linh are wonderful and knowledgeable people and were a pleasure to work with. Randy was always able to answer my questions during the sales process and waiting to go to closing. If Randy didn't know the answer he would very quickly get back to me with the information. He always gave great advice. Now that I am living in The Atrium I'm impressed with the overall quality of my unit, especially the finish carpentry, tile work and painting. The appliances are top of the line. The keyless entry and the smart thermostat in conjunction with their apps make thing so much better. The project manager Jeff who I initially worked with during move-in was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and quickly got things taken care of and was a pleasure to talk with. Unfortunately, getting the few things that need warranty repair or assistance is a slow, frustrating and tedious process. Further, there is a total lack of communication since moving into The Atrium. There are no emails or newsletters to all owners announcing when amenities will be completed and open. Thus we are left to get pieces of information from other owners. I recognize that this is a new development and expected to experience some problems but the lack of communication should have been anticipated before opening the buildings and systems should have already been set up to provide better communication. ... I was satisfied with Pulte.

Overall the buying experience was great. There need to be some things taken into account such as the quality of the flooring, cabinets, sinks etc to match value of home. Also the floor plan needs modification to suit owners preference with regards ti space if bedrooms and closets. Also no storage space and owner has responsibility of creating their own storage which costs extra. Please also consider storage space for cleaning items like mops, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supply in kitchen area to avoid keeping those items in odd places. Great buying experience!!! Very professional staff!!

Home buying experience was great. However, I do have a few issues with the workmanship in my condo, for instance the master bathroom countertop is not mounted to the counter. But overall happy.

Customer service very poor after settlement

There are issues that a new house shouldn’t have!

It’s been almost 2 months since we purchased the house,We still can’t sleep in our owner’s bedroom. I was given a house that is not strongly insulated,all the road noise is inside the house. I am spending extra 10K for a livable environment,we are about to sue to get compensated.

I had a wonderful experience with Pulte. Mark was our salesman and he was phenomenal. Unfortunately, we had to deal with supply chain issues which resulted in some delays but overall, Pulte delivered an amazing home. I love everything about this home and love this community so much.

The construction manager is always immediately responsive to my needs. He always fixes my problems.

The walk through process was great!

Negatives: -Sales has given wrong information regarding community guest parking lot -raised home prices a lot by following market trends, but ignored real macroeconomics - already in negative equity -construction is not as robust as expected for a close quarter community. Ex. wood structure vs concrete, noise reduction technology lacking, garage door shakes nearby homes, subwoofer use can be heard far away -responsiveness to warranty services somewhat unreliable -build finishes were a bit rough and seemed rushed, lots of blemishes / items to address -Contracts / loan process extremely tedious and lengthy, in addition to being confusing -difficult working with outside lender/title company -sewer/water annual fees really high -garage/driveway space is very tight Positives: -Sales/construction team generally friendly, pleasant, and professional -home warranty policies are very good and cover a lot of the rushed build issues -decent build quality and materials -generally good/practical home design -technology integration modern, front door camera, electronic front door lock, garage app access ... It was a great , wonderful experience and amazed with the pulte homes.

Buying was rushed because construction finished early. Building quality is what all current Pre-fab homes are. Not much wiggle room. Not everyone wants their washer/dryer next to their bedroom. Open floor design is nice. Not exact contractual materials are behind the walls. When discovered, you the client is asked to adhere to agreements and follow protocol. Otherwise you are stuck with the bills! Friendly and responsive Construction Crew. Cooperate is all about holding on to their money, not accepting responsibility and stating protocols. Not regretting purchase - beautiful community, friendly neighbors, walking distance amenities. Just make sure what’s delivered is exactly what’s promised!! May need ’X’ray’ Vision for some of it. ... Overall a very good buying experience with Pulte Homes. Good Quality appliances inside the home. The central Circuit Panel and the WiFi extenders are also top of the line. A big shout out to Kyle who was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire Closing/Settlement process.

I had a wonder build experience with Pulte in Potomac Shores, VA. Andrew was a great company rep and Robbie provided phenomenal response and support as the project manager throughout the build process. Home was completed on time and had minor craftsmanship corrections at the celebration inspection. Pulte had zero issues with my private inspector's feedback prior to pre-drywall and final walk-through inspections, and I was free to visit the home to check progress throughout the build. Zero regrets on my decision. Greatly enjoying the home.

This is our first time buying a new construction build and we literally stumbled across this new construction site on a random Sunday afternoon. We met the builders sales agent, Jennifer, who gave took the time to explain to a couple of newbies what the new construction process. We needed an expedited timeline and with Jennifer's constant help, support, empathy and kindness we were able to move into a brand new, gorgeous Pulte townhome in just about 3 months from the day we met her on that Sunday afternoon. Ben at Pulte home was great!

Went with Pulte for their reputation as a national builder and we liked the area. There were a lot of included home features like basement, deck without paying extra. Outside of the length of time to get into our home - affecting all new construction; very pleased how they meet with you at each build phase and Mortgage company got us great rate.

Fantastic overall craftsmanship, teamwork, and finished product.

Overall a very good experience and professional.

Maybe built too fast, lots of problems found after closing. The maintenance department responded quickly.
