It was a very detailed briefing on every item in the home. The person displayed in depth knowledge and pride in the home that the company built. He identified items that need to fixed or replaced after closing. The team was very enjoyable to work with through the entire process.

It was the first time experience purchasing a brand new home built from the ground up! It was the fascination process of seeing how the house was constructed through many stages from the ground to wood frames and to a complete house with all features and options inside and outside at the end! It was also the great process and experience with Pulte staffs, i.e ., sale representatives, design center, loan advisors and on-site foremen/engineers, who were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional from the beginning, during and towards the end of the whole purchase process! Overall the experience was streamlined and easy to buy through pulte financing. Alot of moving parts with checking and re-checking the quality of the build. Quality assurance is near impossible with just one construction manager. He did a good job but its alot of moving parts to manage multiple units. We are going through the repair process now with issues found after closing, which is the real test. So far the tile company was great and repaired a broken tile in the shower and some sanding.

She was phenomenal especially with her knowledge, expertise, and understanding in selling the Pulte Home experience. Also, my experience working side by side with Bob (the foreman) helped my transition into the new home successful. He went to great lengths explaining the details of what my Pulte Home had to offer. The build quality is great! The house is little bit small, some interior question marks here and there, but overall- it's a great house!

Sales manager was wonderful. Construction manager was helpful, Having several lightbulbs burn out, as they were old and not replaced was annoying but not a big deal. Some things were high end like the kitchen appliances, doors, windows, electronics,. The laundry is low end as are the bathroom fixtures. Positive experience.
