Everything about this experience was, “just ok.” This is not to take away from any of the persons involved in the process. We never had a bad experience with a single person involved in this transaction. However, from the choices in the design center to truly shoddy work throughout the home. There is still a hole in the concrete near the foundation of our home. There are patches of compound that were not properly sanded or painted over. Nails sticking out of cabinets and floor boards that we can easily snag ourselves with. For the amount of money paid to this company, I would expect far more attention to detail and craftsmanship. In no uncertain terms, I would never recommend buying a Pulte home. I feel bad for your employees—they have customer service down! The entire purchase experience was easy, transparent and house was ready on time.

Interior design, location, insulation quality are good.

The day of our celebration walk we noticed there were holes and bad paint job all over the house. Shoe moldings had dirt and damages.....our quartz kitchen counter too was damaged during construction so was our fidge. It had scratch marks all over. There were damages to some planks on our LVP flooring during construction. Kitchen cabinets had scratch marks, our front yard's grass is missing....steps on stairs are loose and hazardous! The garage door looked second hand with damages all over and the front entrance needed to be painted it had dirt and holes oll over. The loft door is missing screen doors. When we raised these issues with the onsite project manager, we were told this is not a custom built home. It was shocking to us. Even if it's not a custom built home we paid for a newly constructed home with new appliances NOT damaged home and damaged appliances. At least fix these issues or return some money to us so we can get these things fixed ourselves. Before closing the house we were told some of these things would get fixed, especially the floor and the missing screens for our loft doors, it's been almost 2 months since we moved into our new home and none of these things got fixed. While we love the house and the neighborhood, the process of getting here was terrible and we will never go through Pulte again. You have to stay on top of them on every little thing and not trust them to do what they say. Get everything in writing, check every option you pick for your home, follow up on the price of everything because they will get so much wrong and will try to overcharge every chance they get. Be aware that their mortgage options through Pulte are very invasive and will require more financial paperwork and hoops to jump through than a regular bank will, although the extra money off the price of the house can be a nice incentive. Be prepared to stay on top of your project manager while the house is being built as well to ensure work is being completed correctly. Our project manager made the process very stressful as he tried to get out of redoing work his team did incorrectly and when he was rated poorly on the Pulte survey, he sent us an angry text afterwards about his survey score even though it was a very negative experience with him and the survey results reflected that. All that said, we've had to use the Pulte warranty on a few things (because of our terrible project manager) and the warranty team has been very responsive and helpful. Process is extremely cumbersome. Pulte takes longer than advertised times for each phase of loan approval. Constantly asking for same documents all the time (pay stubs, bank statements, etc.)

It was a great experience to buy our first home from Pulte. We didn't need to interact with the builder that way - it was ready to move in - field manager Jason gave a good orientation one day and responding to all our concerns.

The sales process was good. The construction process mostly trouble free. The financing process was a joke, totally awful. The settlement company was useless, archaic and time consuming processes. Responsiveness to issues after moving in has been awful.

Interest and pride exhibited by the selling agent and the field manager. They were available to answer my questions.

Sales team was great. Onsite Field team management great. The painting and fine tuning could have been better.

My closing time was one hour late,due to communication with pulti closing staff.
