Responsive staff, and overall positive experience with this group.

Buying was rushed because construction finished early. Building quality is what all current Pre-fab homes are. Not much wiggle room. Not everyone wants their washer/dryer next to their bedroom. Open floor design is nice. Not exact contractual materials are behind the walls. When discovered, you the client is asked to adhere to agreements and follow protocol. Otherwise you are stuck with the bills! Friendly and responsive Construction Crew. Cooperate is all about holding on to their money, not accepting responsibility and stating protocols. Overall a very good buying experience with Pulte Homes. Good Quality appliances inside the home. The central Circuit Panel and the WiFi extenders are also top of the line. A big shout out to Kyle who was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire Closing/Settlement process.

I had a wonder build experience with Pulte in Potomac Shores, VA. Andrew was a great company rep and Robbie provided phenomenal response and support as the project manager throughout the build process. Home was completed on time and had minor craftsmanship corrections at the celebration inspection. Pulte had zero issues with my private inspector's feedback prior to pre-drywall and final walk-through inspections, and I was free to visit the home to check progress throughout the build. Zero regrets on my decision. Greatly enjoying the home.

I'm very pleased with my townhome by Pulte. The design is good, the choices were good, dealing with Pultes employees was great, and the overall build was good. I'd definitely recommend them. I absolutely love my layout with a terrace and loft. The design choices were great! I only have a few minor complaints which all of them have been fixed. They miswired my HVAC so the middle floor thermostat sent air to the upstairs floor and my CAT6 outlet was also miswired. Very easy fixes. Both of these issues were subcontracted so I dont really know if I can fault Pulte for it. One thing Pulte should have offered was window blinds and ceiling fans. For some reason they didnt so be prepared for that. Pulte was quick to fix any errors or deal with any complaints I had. Overall I would repurchase my home if I had to do it over. This is our first time buying a new construction build and we literally stumbled across this new construction site on a random Sunday afternoon. We met the builders sales agent, Jennifer, who gave took the time to explain to a couple of newbies what the new construction process. We needed an expedited timeline and with Jennifer's constant help, support, empathy and kindness we were able to move into a brand new, gorgeous Pulte townhome in just about 3 months from the day we met her on that Sunday afternoon. Ben at Pulte home was great!

Went with Pulte for their reputation as a national builder and we liked the area. There were a lot of included home features like basement, deck without paying extra. Outside of the length of time to get into our home - affecting all new construction; very pleased how they meet with you at each build phase and Mortgage company got us great rate.

Fantastic overall craftsmanship, teamwork, and finished product.

Nice homes and great location. A bit expensive if compared to a similar home at a different area in MD like Glenburnie. But you are actually paying for the location.

Overall a very good experience and professional.

Maybe built too fast, lots of problems found after closing. The maintenance department responded quickly.

Interest and pride exhibited by the selling agent and the field manager. They were available to answer my questions.

Built and delivered on time. Informed the progress of construction in a timely manner. Sales representative is very informative and friendly. All the products are delivered as in the sales agreement.

We're happy with the layout and the choice of flooring, tiles, and paint colors. However, the workmanship was hurriedly done to complete the job. There were many rough edges, chipped tiles, grout unsealed and excess grout and paint drips that should have been corrected. Also, our new washing machine required warranty work, which took seven weeks to get new parts installed. Pulte refused to replace with a working washer and turned the matter over to Whirlpool, who insisted that they would order new parts but had no idea when they would arrive.

Home is great with appliances and tiles and hardwood floors. All ceiling LED lights are very nice and bright the home. All staffs are friendly and quick response to any issue that I have concerning the home.

Overall pleased with experience, but one should be aware when moving into new construction that until the building has been “broken in” there will be issues like malfunctioning elevators, fire alarms accidentally triggered, etc.

The door to master bath is in awkward position. Conflicts with shower door when open. Slider hidden door would have been better. Similar issue with master suite door and hallway. I am not fully satisfied with insulation of floor of unit above us. I do realize in multi level living there will be some noise. I thought your system of insulation would be a little better.

Everything went well, except the delayed closing (only partially due to COVID-19). Build quality is very good.

Pre-settlement Pulte was responsive to issues. Since settlement have made Pulte aware of a couple of issues that have not been addressed in over 15 days. It appears that follow-up from both parties is needed.

Pulte built us a great home and delivery it on time. There were a few corners cut that were disappointing but overall it is a quality built home and they have been very responsive to the little issues that have come up. I would definitely buy Pulte again and would recommend them.
