I am impressed by the high standards that Pulte has placed in the building process of new homes and communities. The staff that I encountered were highly committed to upholding the same high standards and image. This was evident in their day to day work ethics. We were fortunate enough to have worked with Brian, Marilyn and Allen, all of which are the kindest, dedicated workers Pulte will ever have. Marilyn made the new home buying process so easy, Brian and Allen thoroughly guided us in all of the functionalities of the home during each of the building phases. All were responsive to my questions, concerns and always happy to send me updates and progresses for each little milestone during the building process. I am blessed to have such a beautiful home built by Pulte and to have experienced such great customer service from the team at Oakhaven. Even the construction workers were pleasant and friendly. We moved in a month ago and couldn't be happier! Everyone has been so great to us throughout the process. If it wasn't our forever home, we'd definitely go with Pulte again!

Great support from everyone I worked with. Very impressed with the quality and attention to detail throughout the process. If I ever buy a new home again, I will definitely look for another Pulte home.

From start to finish, the buying experience has been great. From the time they broke ground until handing me the keys to my new home, the Pulte team gave me weekly updates (more, as available) and they fulfilled all of their commitments. On any project as large as a house, there were a few minor issues (such as a 'regular' door lock versus an electronic lock installed) but they were all taken care of immediately. When I moved in, there were only 4 occupied homes on my block so there were lots of workers around. All were very friendly an took care to minimize the noise and disruption, making sure they didn't block my driveway, always giving a friendly "Good morning" to me. If/when I'm in the market for another home, I will definitely look at Pulte again. ... More

Just an amazing experience from first contact to moving in and even a few small follow-up items. Everyone from Sales, Design, Mortgage and Field (Courtney, Tonya, Eric, Tim and Ben) were just outstanding!! There are always a few hiccups here and there when you're looking at a house transaction but never once did Pulte let us down. Most recently a special thanks to Ben who continued to stay engaged with us even though he could have easily told us to contact warranty about small things. The home was priced as per the market value but the craftsmanship of the house is not up to the standards. They just try to rush and finish the home rather than doing the right thing.

There were a few problems that came up during the build of our house. That's to be expected. Each time the problem was resolved so I came to trust the build team. We have been in the house a little over a month and are happy with how it turned out. There are a few pickups we have submitted for the 30 day warranty period. We bought our new Pulte home in August 2019. Sales and construction kept in close touch throughout the process. We expected some delay in the close date, but it ended up being delayed a total of 6 weeks. After moving in, it took three months for a few last issues to be resolved (things like replacing a door, staining the fence, wiring external outlets, etc). Although the process was a little longer and more annoying than we'd expected, ultimately we are very satisfied with our new home. The house itself is lovely and very well constructed. Every time we discovered a mis-communication or error during the construction phase, we were told there was nothing that could be done, or to hire an independent contractor after the house was completed. Not one accomodation that we requested was made (for example: a 2nd sink in the kids' bathroom or a washer/dryer hook up in the garage). When it was discovered that there was an error in the back yard layout and we had no way to get a wheel barrow through, the foreman promised us a 2nd gate to remedy the issue. Yet, he then told his managers that he never made that promise. Sandy and Chiristi were the only two employees who were people of their word and we could trust in this process. Upon completion, so many details were left unfinished. One minor example was we couldn't figure out why our outside lights didn't work. When we looked closer, there were no lightbulbs and the styrofoam packing was still inside the fixtures. Overall, we are going to be very happy in our hew home, but the sales pitch and exclamations about 5 star customer service and attention to detail, fall short on many levels. ... More

We've had tons of issues caused by contractors taking shortcuts and spending more time hiding mistakes than fixing them. Every time we've reached out to Pulte, they've taken care of it and made it right. Just wished we didn't have to.

New home owners need to make sure they write down all of their change order numbers and colors and Pulte comes back and takes care of all of the little things that you didn’t see when you move in, be persistent on that. Love the home but lacks in detail and finishing touches that I would expect from this builder. The structure is amazing but there are some items that you would expect to be of higher grade in a home built by Pulte.

Fair construction overall but they don’t want to hear about or address issues until you sign on the dotted-line. Received no response on repair request until issues were escalated to management. My impression on Pulte has lowered signifIcantly.

I really liked it when I toured the model house. However, after I moved in and living here for about couple months now, I am very disappointed that how poorly its made and there are so many little things that have issues. For example, our kitchen island is not leveled correctly, so when there is water spilled, it falls down to the edge and dropped to the floor. I hear so many spots that making squeeze noises on the floor. Master bathroom mirror outlet becomes broken itself due to too much tightening the volts I guess. There are so many little things that we're seeing it every day. How unsatisfied when you purchased the new home. Definitely not a good experience for us, first home buyers, and we already thinking of sell this home later in the future. ... More
