The staff was great and answered all questions in a prompt manner. In terms of construction, a few small issues. First, the laundry room door can’t be open (it swings in) while accessing the washer. Second, the washer and dryer doors open giants each each. So you have to pull the clothes out of the washer and go up and over the contacting doors. The doors should be on opposing sides so you can transfer directly. This is especially true if we pre-ordered the washer and dryer from Pulte. I would say the overall quality & service is good, although it's not as perfect as themselves claimed. My new house has a broken hole on the drywall on a not so noticeable corner, and one of my bathroom blinds as a part of the paid package, is askew severely. For the hole, I personally didn't find it during the "house quality celebration" before close, and for the blinds, they installed a portion of them after "house quality celebration", which makes me have to go through customer service and wait for some extra time. their field manager is super friendly and try to offer help for everything they know. However, the sales promised to refund $500 for replacement of microwave, however, the house closed more than 3 mont, still not receive it, asked couple of times to their sales, either no response or no helpful information.

Let me start by saying we love our house. From the inside it is great. For the price paid the outside drainage issues are unexpected and frustrating. Haveing to dig out all the ditches filled with rock and put the gutter run off underground should have been standard. Rock ditches running through the lawn is pathetic. It wouldn't have cost much more to just do it right especially when people are playing 3/4 of a million dollars.

We closed on our new home on 1/28/2021. Entered on 1st Feb,2021. We reported our dishwasher was not working and pulte seems to have know there was an issue with our dishwasher but they hid from us during closing because the red horse that supplies water to dishwasher was shut off. When we turned it on the water flooded on floor under the kitchen cabinet. We requested it to be fixed on Feb 2nd and they pronised to send a tech on Feb 23 which they later cancel on Feb 21. Overall have been happy with my new home. However, I did have an issue where I needed to file a warranty claim due to a pipe leak, and it has nearly bred 2 months without resolution. I am still waiting for repairs to finish and have not been given a timeline for when to expect them to be done. Very unhappy with how this issue has been handled.

Love my home! I do think they should have included shelves (for sure) and seats in the showers. I need to figure out how to put safety handles in the showers. Wish the tile sealing was already done. Other than that everything is marvelous.

This is our second new build we have purchased and while some of the features of the house are better than out first, there are details that are needs improvement. Visible dry wall tape that has been painted over in the owners room. Dry wall corners that is protruding/bent through the wall texture. The floor in the owners room excessively pops/shifts near the closet, the same closet door sticks. floor shifts/pops right in front of the balcony door. My buying experience was not good, the entire process was extreme obscure, with unprepared people, and many disconnections. The building quality is average, the electrical installations are really bad, and the amount of issues with equipment is bothersome. I’ll definitely either avoid Pulte or be more strict on my next purchase.

I really want to rate the experience higher - because I know how hard the employees at Pulte work. Some of the most honest, kind, and hard working folks that really care about what they do. Living in the neighborhood I see how late the project managers work and how during the home buying process the reps make themselves available. At the same time they seem spread really thin, too many projects per person at once. Our garage door is broken 2nd week into a new construction home because the J bar was not installed into the wall at all. When it came undone, it caused damage to the garage door, and would have caused serious injury to anyone walking into the garage , or damage to our vehicles. Most of the window latches don't close correctly in the house either. We also do not have the property line marked correctly to setup a fence in the backyard.

Am giving a 3 of 5 star to most categories primarily because of workmanship and materials. Soundproofing in the living room is inadequate; human and TV voices can be heard. Flat wall paint used in kitchen and baths instead of semi-gloss. Floorboards with chips were used instead of being discarded. Cement board siding has spots of gloss paint on it. Very important to have proper expectations, that workmanship/quality is very average. You will find many eyesore or things that you think should be done better, but you will get told that it's within the "company standards/tolerances/guidelines" so thats just the way it is. Examples are, uneven painting/trim, paint on trim, poor carpet installation, lots of touch up work left for you to find, asymmetrical stairs, asymmetrical shower hardware. We had an amazing experience with onsite sales and the construction team. Since closing we have had a few warranty items come up, one of which is major. The Warranty Manager for our community it very lackadaisical about the whole things. His communication is poor & follow through is untimely. There is just no sense of urgency. It is frustrating because we want to enjoy our new home, but the issues have left portions of our house under construction with no end date for the repairs.
