Our experience with Richmond Homes was very smooth from the initial purchase through our final move-in. We'll be honest—we were initially hesitant about choosing Richmond Homes after seeing some negative reviews and experiences shared on YouTube. However, we decided to keep an open mind and judge the experience for ourselves, and we are so glad that we did. While there were some delays related to the sale of our previous home, those circumstances were outside of Richmond Homes' control.
