From our first day seeing houses everything was very smooth. Super friendly staff at Richmond. Brandi the Richmond sales agent in our areas was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any and all questions. She was amazing! And even the loan officers all were very responsive and made everything as smooth and quick as possible. We were surprised at how good and smooth everything went.
