We looked at several other builders before we saw the Richmond models. Nothing else compared to the quality that we saw with the Richmond homes. To make things even better, Anne, was amazing. She was so helpful and seemed to really care about making sure you were in the know every step of the way as well as getting everything you wanted.

We were very pleased with the overall experience purchasing our new home from Richmond American Homes. Just to prove it when we had someone come to measure for blinds, and someone to come install water softener/osmosis in our new home they both were impressed with the builder and quality of work which made their job easier!

The house is still being renovated and I haven't moved in yet. I won't be able to provide more ideas until everything is renovated and someone moves in. So far, everything is going well.

There hasn't been very many issues.

Sales was great, kept us informed along the way. Construction was also great, even explained the progress when we dropped by once in a while. Title was very efficient. But the Lender was a bit more difficult. At one point our income was not completely documented after we had provided all the asked for info several times. This almost caused us to fall out… last minute! After we had sold our previous home and moved to temporary housing. The processor finally got it all straightened out and we closed on schedule.

This was our first home purchase but not the first exposure to the home buying experience. A family member recently closed on a new construction from a different builder and it was a headache and total mess for them. We all know about the horror stories. Our expectations were low and we figured it’d be like pulling teeth to have any concerns addressed. This was not the case! We couldn’t be happier with our home. Jesse, Rex, and Chad at Desert Oasis II truly deserve to be recognized. Thank you gentlemen for our forever home. We will raise a family in our house and make lasting memories. This wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for the care and attention from start to finish. I am a detailed oriented person and was floored by the quality of craftsmanship that Jesse and Rex turned out on our home. I like the house and quality of the work they done, but I had a bad experience with one of processor officer lack of communication regarding the paperwork, no response when we call and no retuning, overall I am very happy. Thank you for give me a chance to expression.

Our first view of the models in Rio Rancho and the excellent customer service provided by Geraldine had us sold. She was very professional and went through several scenarios with us so we understood options. She suggested that we visit models located in another community so we could physically see the model we wanted to make sure we loved it before we committed. She is definitely an asset to Richmond American. Once the build was started we met with Mike and Chris throughout the process and they were extremely approachable, knowledgeable and answered our many questions along the way. The sales rep, Jennifer, was a pleasure to work with! She answered our questions and messages at all times of the day. She went out of her way to assist us in this purchase. The site superintendent, Arnold, and his assistant were very responsive and professional to work with. They made sure things were corrected after the initial walk-through.
