Bought a new house on a new subdivision, as many other houses are getting built, lots of trash blows all over the place and most to the park and driveways. HOA just sends letters to all home owners, to tell us to clean after ourselves, knowing that 98% of trash is from construction trades .

Tanner did an amazing job! Always there for all of our questions (we had a lot!) Came by to see how we were doing a month after we moved in. Never had that type of customer service when buying a home!

I am very disappointed with the quality of the appliances. This home was very expensive, but the appliances are very low-grade. Poor quality. I’ve had nothing but trouble with each of them. This being a model home I expected top grade appliances, but I receive low quality.

The sales dept was fabulous. Tanner did a fabulous job. The mortgage qualification was horrendous. Major overhaul needed only to find out mtg was sold before I made one payment. Had a keak behind master sink over 30 days ago. Today the counter top and medicine cabinet sit in my bedroom on the floor. Paul tried to schedule the carpet to be replaced before the counter top and medicine cabinet was reinstalled. Have not heard from him in 10 days and I won’t let carpet be installed until these are done. Who wants brand new carpet trampled on by plumbers, cabinet people. The experience with the sales person Zack was great and with all others during the purchase process! Now that we are in not so good sent work order for things that needed to be fixed and have not been contacted yet! We need some major things fixed like a pipe in our roof that just goes into the attic but connected to nothing. I can see light around my front door, garage door into house does not latch properly as other doors have same issue. We have a trusses in the attic that is cracked etc. sure would like these things fixed. Also if you want an independent inspection done make sure you set it up with plenty of time at least 3 to 4 weeks so they can do all their checks on the inspector. Overall a very easy process getting in the door. After close though, we have reached out a couple times trying to get rollover items and inspection issues addressed with no response. To be fair we have only tried communicating directly and have not gone through warranty. The issues are also minor, primarily being paint touch ups.

Great financing and shopping experience. Warranty is slacking on coming out and getting in contact with me. Submitted a water damage request over two weeks ago and have yet to hear back.

Overall, I like the people I have dealt with while purchasing my home. I'm not super happy with the workmanship of the home or how slow it is to get the issues addressed. I've been in the house for a month and I still don't have my garage floor problem fixed OR at least had any correspondence from the builder on when it'll be fixed. The said that the problem is out of spec and should be fixed but haven't done anything, to my knowledge, to fix it.

Buying home was amazing, getting the items that where on the 30 day list to be fixed seems impossible, I am now thinking that they will not be done unless, I call everyday, which of course I do not have the time! Very disappointing!

So many errors in the home. So little communication when issues were brought up. We are over a month into our new build and the amount of issues are out of control. What is even worse is that we cannot get anyone to fix anything. I have been without a dishwasher the entire time. Items from the carry over list have not been attended to.

Probably the worst experience dealing with them to call back or follow up on items that need repairing. Would never buy a house from them. I moved in 3 months ago never got my repairs done from the first initial walk through. They said they where going to do a 30 follow I called them after 2 1/2 months. They came out and looked at the items from the first walk through and crickets again. Still waiting sucks when you spend 1/2 of million on a house and customer service sucks.

From start to finish and beyond Brian made sure all of my questions were answered. Logan had been very responsive to the few issues we’ve had.

Char is very knowledgeable about the process and all my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. I have never felt this happy and comfortable in a home. I love my new home.

Again I MUST point out Albert how did our walk through and assisted us in getting moved in. Albert is a true professional and an asset to the company. The only negative I have is with the mortgage insurance company. They had NO idea what they were doing. I had to make repeated phone calls to them to get the policy straightened. I would recommend your company find a more professional insurance company.

From start to finish, our first homebuying experience was fantastic. We opted to use the builder's in house mortgage company, HomeAmerican Mortgage, and our Loan Officer Lisa kept us informed about timelines, costs, and next steps. Our Loan Processor Judy was quick to answer our questions and helped to ensure that the process went as efficiently as possible keeping everything on track for a timely closing. The office staff was amazing. Jennifer and Teresa always made me feel welcome and did their best to answer questions and address my concerns. I like the floor plan and feel the home is well built, but I do not like that I had absolutely no say in the finishes or the quality. I have already replaced some of the lighting and hardware and I am sure we’ll have to replace fixtures and flooring in a few years. There also was no option to insulate the garage or garage doors, which is a must in Arizona weather. I purchased the home because they offered RV garages, which are great. nice house, great upgraded appliances, decent grade paint on the walls (unlike a lot of new build).Massive 3-car garage and large laundry room. wish house was prewired for audio (good that all rooms have ethernet hookups). Need more/upgraded sockets in kitchen and garage.

I did not like the build process with spec home building. After much thoughts and trials with the new build we were advised that the model home was available so we decided to purchase the pewter model home and could not be happier, even though it cost more than we were willing to pay but in the end we were greatful that we had the money for the model home. Thank you for this great home.
