Between a 2 month delay, showing up to a scheduled walk thru 3 times to a home that was clearly not ready for a walk thru, the superintendent not providing a completion date but instead saying "any day now", not communicating with utility company to understand what is pending, the home left sitting with minimal progress for 4 weeks while they wait for a meter, not fixing/completing any repairs leaving it all for us to submit claims AFTER moving in, 2 months after move in only completing 1 repair, & continuous lack of response from superintendent and customer service; what was supposed to be an exciting time in our life to purchase a brand new home (in California at that so we know it's not cheap) turned out (& continues to be) a drawn out tremendously stressful experience for us. Due to continued delays & lack of communication from contractors, I was placed in a position of possibly being evicted & sued, & accruing thousands of dollars in additional expenses as I waited for Richmond to complete our home. We sadly have no positive feedback as we are still dealing with trying to get repairs fixed in what was supposed to be a brand new home. SALES MANAGEMENT IS NOT HONOR, THEY NOT HONOR THEIR PUBLIC PRICE

When we did our walk through, we were told all repairs would be done on a timely manner, which has not been the case. We are going on our third month and we still have several issues, that have not been addressed. I was told by our Sales Rep and Builder to create tickets in the ticketing portal, but this has done nothing to escalate our reported issues. We have talked to our Neighbors and they are also experiencing the same issues with the Builder and Repairs. This is unacceptable in my opinion when purchasing a new home.
