While everyone was “nice”, we had an overall horrible experience. From 3 different superintendents to a scam of an experience with Home American mortgage to endless lies and deception to over a month delay to then move in with electrical not working, 20 roof tiles broken, horrible craftsmanship to then no one caring and it taking weeks upon weeks to get responses until we went to corporate to now 2 months after we closed and still an outstanding list of 30+ issues with no resolution. Would avoid Richmond at all costs.

Your in home landor is useless. Please change it. Because of them I am giving bed rating for Richmond.

I wish I could give a 5 star across the board but I can not. The quality of workmanship was not as expected. This is my 3rd new home purchase and I was disappointed for the amount of money invested the issues I have seen with the house like the upgraded cabinets poorly installed. The doors poorly finished. The house windows and parts of the flooring with paint spots and not cleaned when keys were delivered. Communicated gutters on the front door were included prior to purchase and now being told it was an error and not complying to what I was told. Supervior Steve was rude at move in date when asked when the new move date would be. Overall not a good experience. ... More

The house over priced. The house have so many problem to fix. Request some one out to fix. It take week before thing could be done.

Home is fine but since I’ve moved in I feel my warranty service request has been totally ignored. Dishwasher did not work at time of walkthrough and it was noted; but has not been repaired

The sales and escrow team were great, but the construction team not so much. I closed escrow a little over a month ago and have yet to get a response or warranty issue taken care of. The quality of work on the kitchen cabinets, the garage walls, and paint throughout the house is very poor. I’m still waiting on someone to acknowledge or resolve the concerns.
