Did a great job. Quick with warranty items. Lending was a little tough but I understand since they offered such a great rate. All is good!

Quality of work is very sloppy, never had so many issues with a new home. Customer service/interaction was great. I had expected some one to go over the work and fix the problems before buyer took possession of their new home.

I knew the minute I saw this home, neighborhood and price this was the house for me. I love that the home has 8' doors throughout, large lots, fantastic features (such as self closing cabinets, tankless water heater, and complimentary paint touch up at the one year mark). The sales process was simple and Grant was great as he worked closely with my realtor to make sure all was in order for the transaction. Dennis did a great job of walking us through the functionality throughout the home and how to operate things, and took care of a few items discussed as part of the first walk through so that things were done before the final walk through. This is our fourth buy, third with a new build, and none have been as easy and as pleasant as this one. From our first look through our first home touch-up, this has been a stress-free experience. Jessi patiently walked us through the homes and the process. The finance plan made it possible for us to buy. Nate and Will have taken care of each very minor house issue with a smile--unlike our previous experiences where every issue became a tug-of-war! We're trying to get our friends to buy nearby, knowing if they do they will not be disappointed.

The purchase of the home itself was not the issue; however, I encountered problems with the washer and dryer included in the sale. Upon moving in, I discovered that the dryer was dented, and I requested either a replacement or a credit for the damage. Additionally, the washer and dryer were not connected, even though the purchase agreement included a $2,000 charge for a washer and dryer that were to be installed and operational at the time of closing. This situation has left me feeling as though I purchased a used product rather than a brand new home. Furthermore, no extra paint was left for touch-ups, the overall experience has been disappointing given the expectations set during the purchase process. I respectfully request that Richmond credit me for the damaged dryer or provide a credit for the unit, and address the issue regarding the washer and dryer connection as specified in the purchase agreement. Sales people were great…ever other part of the buying experience was not good.

The Agent was straight forward and honest. He worked hard to accommodate my request for changes in the new home. It was about as stressful free as you can get buying a new home.

It took the painter a month to come back and paint the trim they missed and the front door. Still waiting for the screen door people to come by a adjust the screen door. Waiting to hear back from dishwasher installer to come back and level the dishwasher so the door doesnt keep flying open.

It was a less expensive starter home and a quick build. You can see where corners were cut. But expected that going in. Sales rep "stretched" some details about the buying process which forced me to double check everything. Building superintendent James was great.

Nate and Jessi were both very pleasant to work with. Both are professional and personable. I would recommend Richmond American Homes.

Jessi was the our sales rep. She was fantastic. She answered all of our questions and concerns quickly and responsively, both with sub contractors and our loan reps. James was a great help as a project manager. He took care of seeing that all our concerns regarding the structure were handled quickly and correctly.

We bought the house on contingency bases on a few things which was a great option. The house is amazing and the responsiveness for the company was great when we had questions or concerns. We love Richmond so much we suggested the builder to another family member that is now buying a house of their own. We love our realtor Jessi as she has treated us like family.

He was great on the walk through looking for touch ups. he found more than we did and had them corrected in a couple of days.

We have been very pleased with our new home, the Paige model. I have had a lot of experience with Richmond before with friends who have bought homes with them and they’ve all had great experiences, but this is the first time I’ve purchased a home with Richmond. They live up to the reputation and they are very responsive and helpful when it comes to new home issues. Warranties are taken care of right away, and the site supervisor has been awesome. Also, our sales rep was amazing as well. The overall experience has been fantastic!

Grant worked with me and my family as professional, prompt and well mannered as it could have been. He was courteous and knowledgeable as well. He really impressed me with his ability to multitask and answer my calls, text messages, and questions promptly. He made himself available to me afterhours which was above and beyond my expectations . He even went as far as greeting me personally my very first stay in my new home

Richmond willingness to work with us exceeded our expectations. They were patient with waiting for our other home to sell unlike other builders.

Closed 12/31/24 with a list of items that were not completed and required additional work to be completed. Caught during home inspection or visual inspction before closing. Provided itemized list with pictures. Unfortunately, little to no response for these items to be completed.

Dan was great to work with. We had some issues trying to buy the house we wanted because we were moving out of state. He helped through the whole process and got us the house we wanted. He went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you Dan for a great home buying experience
