First time buying a home from Richmond but I can honestly say it won’t be my last one. Great builder and they are really helpful with fixing any issues that come up.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END THEY TREATED ME IN THE WORST WAY IT WAS MY WORST NIGHTMARE I HAD NEVER BEEN THROUGH SOMETHING LIKE THIS MY CHILDREN ARE READY TO BUY A HOUSE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO BUY WITH RICHMOND AMERICA HOMES STACY TREATED ME VERY BADLY I DON'T KNOW HOW SHE CAN WORK WITH PEOPLE SHE IS A RACIST.

When we tested the water dispenser during walk through, but it does not work after we moved-in. It took 3 weeks to get someone from home warranty team to fix it. It turned out some dirts get into fridge water filter and blocked the water flow. Since the water filter is not in the warranty so we have to spend $50 to purchase a new one to replace the one that was new, but we could not use.

I would never buy from this company again. It’s so unfortunate with majority of the builders in Las Vegas hire out for teams to build all their homes, and these teams are so lazy and they’re rush to build these homes. The lending process is a joke they don’t communicate. Choose your own title company, the title company they choose, which is called Ticor Title is also a joke. Here’s my advice! Find your own agents don’t trust theirs! They work for the company and their best interest is the company! 1. Real estate agent 2. Loan agent 3. Home Inspector 4. Title company

The sales and management team were supposed to have all issues resolved before closing date on November 27, 2024 and I am still waiting on them to finish everything!

We had great experience from the step in the office to closing the deal for our beautiful house. Would like to thanks Brian for his high professionalism and expertise, best ever we received after checking so many communities and houses. The entire process was so smooth ,easy and in a very tamely manner ,highly recommending Richmond American Homes.

It is a nice home that meets our needs. The sales agent was untruthful which was unfortunate The many issues with the home have not been addressed with the exception of the lack of electricity in two rooms

Every inch of this home was thoughtfully designed to give you no wasted space. This home has great functionality as well as beautiful finishes. I love the high ceilings and all the windows throughout the home.

From the sell agent , loan officer, the walk through guy, was such a great and easy experience. They took off the pressure of buying and made it enjoyable. If I had to do it again, I will still do it with Richmond American.

physically reviewed home on sep 6th 2024 was told by real estate folks it was move in ready so the sign said on the home site asked if the accessories would be what this home would be and was told it was move in ready no way would i ever had thought between the 6th and the twenty third all would be change it was the old bate an switch very disappointed to say the least very unprofessional and probably illegall. RAH however did change my paper work to match what i presently have which shame on me i never looked but did sign however why would i when i was told move in ready still feel bate an switch don't know how much RAH saved by changing out all the trim an accessories hope it was worth it but i think iwas a cheap thing to do and it stinks ... The home buying process was overwhelming but they were always there to respond to any questions we had. Only thing that I would recommend is more security, Our home was broken into a couple days after closing and unfortunately our appliances was stolen. So it ruined our homebuying experience.

It’s taken 30 days to get a response on my warranty items. Had me submit pictures for your app that they can’t even access. Nothing in the process was smooth or even I would say it was friendly.
