The home is great, Susan was great to work with, Joey also has gone above and beyond. As far as purchasing the home, worst experience ever. Terrible communication amongst themselves, lots of wasted time because no one could pick up a phone to communicate what they needed specifically.

Don’t go without a Realator and don’t believe the salesman John he will say anything just to make a sale and the he will lie and say he never said it. He had us fly from Hawaii for the frame walk and the project superintendent was not ready to do the frame walk because the home wasn’t ready for it. Remember your not to hold them up in anyway but it will never be there fault if they are not ready when they inform you that they will be. As for the quality of the home I would have expected it to have been much better. The drywall in the home is already cracked in one of the door frames by the garage entry, the paint has different shades in the living room , lights in bathrooms and chandeliers, along with light switches are obviously not level. The drywall on the ceiling for pendant lights in kitchen have areas around them that need to be repaired there is also a dirty hand print near one of the pendant lights on the ceiling. There is paint spatter on the flooring throughout the home. It appears that they put little to no effort in cleaning the home prior to us moving in. Also they are still building this community and the don’t seam to pick up there rubbish and it blows into everyone’s yard and you have to pick up their debris on a daily basis. It seems as though they only want pump out the homes as fast as they can with no attention to detail or pride in there workmanship. The workers leave nails and debris in the street. Even the stucco siding has a lot of cracks in it and the home has only been built for approximately 6 weeks. Come on Richmond American I know you can do better if you try and care about your customers or do you only care about sales, these homes are not cheap ours was just over 840,000 $$$. During our final walk we had a list of things that were wrong. Only half of them were resolved. Head contractor didn’t seem to care about the issues that were not fixed. We were unable to get a hold of him after that day. We had to contact home warranty people to have someone else come over and fix some issues. Shouldn’t the final acceptance form half to be signed and the customer satisfied before you release the home?? This never happened. To this day we have never signed off the final walk paperwork. Terrible!

What a Great home buying experience. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. The sells team (Sammy) The home loan team (Taylor and Jenna). I have owned 10 homes. This team gets things done and fast. There were a few negative reviews on line. I have had a couple of issues with a few items. But there's nothing to complain about. The items are appliances, the house is great. Thank you everyone. Richmont American offers great home buying incentives for first time or second time home buyers. We were only eligible for the second home and originally planned to buy an old house from 1997, but the interest rate was as high as 8.125%, which deterred us. Our experience in richmond american is great! As a first time home buyers they provided us great time, options and informations that we needed in buying a house. The salesman that assisted us was HENRY, he is one of the best, he is so accommodating and welcoming. So willing to answers all our concerns and inquiries, assisted us all through out the process. The builder was nice and walk us through the house orientation and made few corrections only. Over all experience was great. We love our house we love everything in it! Thank you richmond!

So far everything has been great! Stacey our realtor was amazing! Hector has been great too. Although we are still waiting for things that the builders didn’t fix before we moved in.

The builder used cheap materials in building this home, workmanship is really bad. i expected more for the amount that i paid for this house.

The American Home that I bought is beautiful and I love it of course the model had all the nice things in it. One of my pet pees is the master bathroom has no linen closet one linen closet in a three bed room house. The dish washer was not working their was a lot of blame to go around the GE to the builder no one was responsible two weeks later no dish washer it was the builder crew who did not hook it up also GE came out and they could not see what the problem was and it's there product.

We moved in about 5 weeks ago. Rob was very helpful during the purchase. Carlos has been wonderful in addressing minor issues that need attention. He communicates very well and we are very appreciative of that. Cris has been great and helping us with our yard. We had a plant die in the front yard and it has already been replaced. Everyone has been very nice and our home is beautiful.

It’s been a pleasure buying my second Richmond home, my first Richmond home is in Ontario California. The quality is there and craftsmanship is there. The first home was a little bit of a challenge in the financial part of the transaction, but the second was a lot smoother. If I could have changed a few things it would be an upgrade on the paint and carpet. Everything else is exactly what it should be and more . Very pleased with our choice in our purchase.

We were rushed to close and did first walk through. Numerous issues pointed out and marked. A week later for follow up walk through nearly nothing was fixed. They rushed that day to fix a couple things and said they would get the rest taken care of. Stupid me I trusted them. Now every little thing needs to be scheduled where you waste your time in 4 hour blocks. I've reached out via the website, phone calls and texts with no response! I was looking at Lennar and DR Horton homes also and wish I would of went that route. I'll never buy a Richmond home again and will never recommend them. Be prepared to moved in and have trades in an out of your home for the first few months. Everyone is very nice, but after you move in you will notice blemishes and issues that may have you questioning the workmanship and value of your home. The good news, you have a 1-year warranty to ensure trades come in to fix issues (but read the fine print).

A lot of missing finish part their job. Many mistakes. It looks obviously tried to finish building real quick. Many spots are not perfect compare to other homes. Very disappointed that price i paid. Area, design looks good. But thats it. If its 1-2 or 5 spots r not cleaned finish is okay, But so many things that they built wrong. very very disappointed . But i have no choice. L

Leslie was awesome and made the process great. She was always helpful. Andrea has been awesome as well after we moved in.
