From our first viewing of the model homes with Kris to the after move in service with Will Holt Homes has been great to work with. This will be my 7th home purchase and the best yet. During our shopping for a new home we were asking each of the builders for detailed information about the models and plots. Kris was super responsive and gave us detailed information which helped us to pick our new Holt Home. We were out of state buyers so this level of support was greatly appreciated. After we were in contract Will worked to resolve any little issues that we found during the walkthrough. He also showed up after close to help with a number of small adjustments like resolving some drainage issues with new river rock and drain. Lorant also came to resolve an issue with the refrigerator that wouldn't quite fit. The welcome gift from the sales office was a nice touch, I'm drinking my coffee from the mug right now. Also Will came by after we moved in with more gifts, a welcome door mat and cleaning supplies for our new house. Excellent service all the way around. ... More

It was very easy with going through everything. The inspector was very thorough and quick to respond to any maintenance issues after closing.

Your sales agent; Erin was absolutely amazing. She was so responsive and went above & beyond so many times for me. I really felt like she cared about me and wanted my home buying journey to be great. She exceeded expectations. Corey; the superintendent was so patient and kind. He wanted to ensure I was happy with my home. He too went well above and beyond in many circumstances. He was superior to previous experiences I experienced with superintendents for new homes. The quality of the home was very good for the price. I was actually glad it did not have light fixtures so I could customize my home the way I wanted it. My only recommendations would be to not use flat paint (use satin as it cleans and can be touched up easier) & install better appliances. The water heater on the other hand is awesome. The realtor, Arin, was very professional, helpful and attentive throughout the buying process. The superintendents were very helpful during the walk-through. The legal team (attorney’s) staff and title company staff were all very helpful throughout the buying process. It’s a well tuned organization, it seemed.

We met Lizy when we first started our search for a new home. First stop of the hunt. Liked the homes but the location just wasn't right for us. Several months later I found the perfect Richmond American Homes development in a different county. Messaged her to see if I mentioned her name if she would get some credit as she had sold us on RAH's. She drove over an hour to show us this new location. Did a great job. Quick with warranty items. Lending was a little tough but I understand since they offered such a great rate. All is good!
