This is a company that keeps its word and it fantastically responsive. They have great customer service.

From the first meeting with the sales person Mike to the walk throughs with the construction super Tom, the process has been smooth and easy. They addressed all my questions and even after closing, they have helped with questions and concerns. I’ve had a few new build homes and by far this has been the best experience.

I've been very pleased with my home buying experience so far with Richmond American Homes. I felt their sales person, Mike, truly listened to what I wanted in a home, and actually identified a home I hadn't considered on my own... And I bought it! He was so patient, showing me multiple homes, multiple times as I wanted, never making me feel rushed, or like he simply wanted to sell a house. I felt as though he wanted to find me the "right" house! He was very knowledgeable, and also helpful about getting prompt answers to questions I and my realtor had, that he couldn't immediately answer. I never doubted that the information he gave me was honest, and even after closing day, and living in my home for about 6 weeks now, I couldn't be happier that I found the perfect salesperson and home. This is the 3rd new home I've been involved in buying through the years, and so far the warranty dept has also been exceptionally responsive. All new homes come with some things that need touching up or a bit of fine tuning, and Zack and Nick have been very responsive, and excellent in getting them attended to promptly. We had a great experience buying our first house with Richmond American Homes. Our sales agent, J'mir, was beyond helpful. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and patient. He frequently checked in to see if we had questions or issues. He kept us updated with a timeline, which was extremely helpful for a firsttime home buyer. We used their preferred lender which made our buying experience seamless as everyone communicated with each other. Our walkthroughs went well and I was pleased to see the builder's had already begun fixing the minor things that were found on our home inspection. After living in my home for 2 weeks, my only critique so far is that I would have liked to choose the previously installed appliances. I like Richmond American home,this the reason buy house. All over is good,only I don’t like kitchen countertops. I have to pay for seal the countertops. Costumer service good,Katrina and Gayle both very nice,both did great job. I very happy and recommend other people

Love our new home! Chris, your sales rep, was amazing and literally made it happen when we had issues with timing and our lender. Trust him completely. Home is well thought out, and we keep discovering more things we like as we’ve lived here a few weeks. Definitely try.

Buying with Richmond homes was a really good experience, as you know, buying a home can be very stressful but the team at Richmond homes made it very easy and communicated all the way through the process, Francisco, Jennifer and Darcie were guiding us every step of the way through the process and got us through. Beautiful home inside and outside

I couldn't be happier with our new home at Morada. The attention to detail, and friendly service made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It's a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. Highly recommend it!!

Richmond American delivers quality construction and impressive floor plans at very competitive prices. Some of the usual problems with quality of workmanship that are easily corrected with applied attention to detail. Staff is responsive and easy to work with. Very happy with all aspects of my purchase.

The sales rep, Jennifer, was a pleasure to work with! She answered our questions and messages at all times of the day. She went out of her way to assist us in this purchase. The site superintendent, Arnold, and his assistant were very responsive and professional to work with. They made sure things were corrected after the initial walk-through. Very much appreciated the on-site team for this development.

It’s been a month since we moved into our new home, and overall, I’m very satisfied with our homebuying experience. Buying the home was made easy by PJ the sales agent. So far have been upgrading the house before actual moving in. All issues so far have been taken care of in a timely fashion.

We purchased a new build from Richmond American and were hesitant about the "new build nightmare" you hear so much about. But, so far, we have no regrets about purchasing this home. When we did have an issue, we were able to get the help we needed, and the issue was resolved on a holiday within a few hours.

Suri was always professional, understanding and very responsive to questions or concerns. We think very highly of him and his overall way of going about business with Richmond Homes and a potential buyer. I will recommend him to anyone inquiring about buying a home and steer them towards Richmond Homes and tell them to deal exclusively with Suri. I know that any sales person's main thing is to sell a property but with Suri we felt that making sure we received a quality experience along with the home in the manner we could best afford was also foremost in dealing with us. We never felt pressured or pushed towards things that were not needed. His knowledge of the home product itself and all of the features, appliances and overall features impressed us and helped greatly in the home buying process. My husband and I spent months looking at different homes, and we randomly came across the Arborbrook community. Our sales agent Ryan gave us the tours. We fell in love with the models instantly. He then proceeded to show us some spec homes that were move-in ready. Who knew we would fall in love with one! We put a deposit down the next day. The escrow process of course is always stressful, but they made it easy and were super patient and understanding. Fast forward, WE ARE IN OUR BEAUTIFUL NEW RICHMOND HOME!!!! Thank you so much for making our dream come true.

We recently moved in to our new home. It's only been a little over a month, but we're generally pleased with the house and would only suggest a few changes. The buying and move-in processes were great and the supervisors have been awesome at addressing any minor fixes we've needed. Overall, the quality of materials and workmanship are pretty good. There's only a few things we've noticed that could be improved. The balusters along the stairs don't all sit flush on the bottom. The top floor (carpeted) already has several squeaky spots. There are no outlets on the kitchen island. Overall, though, we are pleased with our purchase and look forward to living in our home for a long time. ... More
