The sales rep, Jennifer, was a pleasure to work with! She answered our questions and messages at all times of the day. She went out of her way to assist us in this purchase. The site superintendent, Arnold, and his assistant were very responsive and professional to work with. They made sure things were corrected after the initial walk-through. Very much appreciated the on-site team for this development.

Buying the home was made easy by PJ the sales agent. So far have been upgrading the house before actual moving in. All issues so far have been taken care of in a timely fashion.

We purchased a new build from Richmond American and were hesitant about the "new build nightmare" you hear so much about. But, so far, we have no regrets about purchasing this home. When we did have an issue, we were able to get the help we needed, and the issue was resolved on a holiday within a few hours.

Suri was always professional, understanding and very responsive to questions or concerns. We think very highly of him and his overall way of going about business with Richmond Homes and a potential buyer. I will recommend him to anyone inquiring about buying a home and steer them towards Richmond Homes and tell them to deal exclusively with Suri. I know that any sales person's main thing is to sell a property but with Suri we felt that making sure we received a quality experience along with the home in the manner we could best afford was also foremost in dealing with us. My husband and I spent months looking at different homes, and we randomly came across the Arborbrook community. Our sales agent Ryan gave us the tours. We fell in love with the models instantly. He then proceeded to show us some spec homes that were move-in ready. Who knew we would fall in love with one! We put a deposit down the next day. The escrow process of course is always stressful, but they made it easy and were super patient and understanding. Fast forward, WE ARE IN OUR BEAUTIFUL NEW RICHMOND HOME!!!! The home service specialist was responsive and thorough. The overall homebuying experience with Richmond American Homes was excellent. It took only 17 days from the time I toured the house until closing escrow!

The sales and build team were amazing here in Jurupa Valley! Lawrence was attentive and consistent with communications from the very first meeting and walkthrough. Gus did a great job with my walkthroughs and explained everything with my new house. Gustavo has been a lifesaver from the day I got my keys to now, answering questions about the home and advice about maintenance. Gustavo even brought over a plant to place in our front yard. I'm so glad to be calling this my new home.

Quality homes and great neighborhood.

Experience was fantastic. Everyone involved was on top of their game. Home buying process was fast and smooth. Any minor issues that have come up since moving in have been addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Purchased a ready to move in home. The process was easy and everyone was helpful and friendly. Home has been great so far. Warranty fixes have been timely and few.

We bought the house on contingency bases on a few things which was a great option. The house is amazing and the responsiveness for the company was great when we had questions or concerns. We love Richmond so much we suggested the builder to another family member that is now buying a house of their own. We love our realtor Jessi as she has treated us like family.
