So far so good.

Great group of people to work with. All very professional and courteous. People I would be friends with for life and invite to my home for BBQ and family events. My wife and I felt comfortable and important. Gail has been a blessing and on top of all repairs and follow-ups. Loan process was challenging but Chris made us feel appreciated through the process. Overall you guys were a blessing in our process. Rose was also a blessing and showed us many options before we made our final decision. Thank you all Richmond Homes for your most excellent staff. I couldn't be happier with my experience working with German. From the initial process to the walk-through, the entire process was smooth, transparent and well-managed. I believe the quality of materials is great; however, I can't say the same thing about workmanship. A lot of the tagged items were fixed before closing but a few weeks into moving in, I am noticing quite a few items that still need to be fixed. I haven't started the reporting process for these issues but I'm looking forward to a great experience just like how it was from the beginning of the home buying process.

Great experience, very responsive to requests

I absolutely love my new Richmond American home. Moises in the sales office was a honest, sincere, trustworthy person to work with and help me get through the selection and purchasing process. The home is beautifully made with a feeling of luxury that I am thoroughly enjoying!

Buying a new build was way less stressful than buying a resale home. And Richmond American covered all their bases in the home buying process. They took the guess work out of everything and guided us throughout the whole process. We couldn't be happier.

Buy home was scary at first until my realtor showed me my home i fell in love with as soon as i walk in .. best decision we could have made

Purchase process and delivery of home was terrific. The purchase value is terrific because we got a terrific price and interest rate compared to the market. The quality and craftsmanship is average but all builders homes, even custom homes, are that way since they do not use top quality materials and labor. We are still very happy with our purchase!

Richmond Homes is a great builder with good, quality homes. The home buying process was seamless from start to finish. Very thankful to work with Hailey, Luke, and Genny.

We have been very pleased with our new home, the Paige model. I have had a lot of experience with Richmond before with friends who have bought homes with them and they’ve all had great experiences, but this is the first time I’ve purchased a home with Richmond. They live up to the reputation and they are very responsive and helpful when it comes to new home issues. Warranties are taken care of right away, and the site supervisor has been awesome. Also, our sales rep was amazing as well. The overall experience has been fantastic!

Buying this home was a breeze. Every team member that had a part in my purchase made it simple. I was informed along the way what to expect and when to expect it. There were no delays once the purchase agreement was made. The walk through and closing was quick. It did take some time to complete some of the issues from the walk through but there is only1 item from the list to be completed.

Great home quality enhancements

Suri and James were very helpful. Suri, the sales consultant, went above and beyond with support. He was so reassuring. If he didn’t have the answer he found someone who did. I really appreciated him. I love the home and layout. I would have liked a little more attention to detail with the workmanship in some areas. James was great with having my concerns addressed. Overall very happy.

Everything has been wonderful. Frank in sales was personable, responsive, and very easy to work with. The sale itself went so smoothly and was much easier than this first time home owner expected. I'm absolutely in love with my new home!!

Great floor plan. We did not pick the extra's but good choices were made on most items.

We just closed on our home in Feb. 25, and it really was a better process than expected. The house is very nice and we’re really happy with it, but it’s still just a spec home. Nothing really great about it, but it is a nice home. I would buy from Richmond all over again, but just for the staff that we worked with. Ricardo & the sales staff were so helpful and accommodating even after the closing. Reon and the construction staff did an amazing job and kept on contractors for the few repairs there were. It’s almost been a month since we closed and I count these people as friends. I can still call if I need something and they are very helpful, not just trying to sell a house and brush you out after. ... More

Sylvia was very helpful and professional; Along with my agent, I was shown multiple options, all my questions were answered, and the final purchase process was friendly and straightforward; I was buying from out of state and have not yet moved in full time, but Richmond American helped my agent make this intimidating process very pleasant.
