Jaelle has been and continues to be very helpful through the buying process of home.shr showed us a couple of models . It was a move in quick home. We loved the home and for the price we felt very happy that we were given a good deal. We quickly put down payment and within two weeks we owned and closed house. She also helped by opening home to workers or packages I had sent to house. She is very trustworthy. I continue to ask questions after moving in and all the girls in office and dj got home warranty have been so helpful and made buying and taking care of house worry free. Grant worked with me and my family as professional, prompt and well mannered as it could have been. He was courteous and knowledgeable as well. He really impressed me with his ability to multitask and answer my calls, text messages, and questions promptly. Very satisfied with the Richmond Homes build quality, materials, appliances, design, lot size etc. Had a very bad experience with the Sales Rep David and loan officer Darrel though. Apart from that, the builders and warranty departments are good.

The overall communication from start of sale to finish with my Sales Rep Maggie went very well and all staff were very courteous, cooperative and helpful. The onsite construction supervisor Lupe was very informative. I appreciate the team effort for making my home buying experience easy.

Everyone was so helpful, from the sales team to the loan officers. Always had time to answer all our questions. They always answered on time and helped us if anything was needed. The walk through of the home was easy and smooth. Home care specialist always responds he is very nice. He took care of submitting any minor problems we found in the home, that needed fixing.

Richmond does a very good job of keeping you informed during the build and has been very responsive to questions after the move in. We highly recommend everyone take the time to look seriously at what Richmond offers in Buckeye.

Our overall experience was great. The property agent,Stephanie, was amazing to work with. She was always there with answers whenever I had questions and willing to help anyway she could. And when we had issues with the house itself Rich was right there to make sure the issue was fixed and to make sure we were satisfied and happy. The whole process was great. Great experience with Richmond Homes compared to our previous experience with another large builder. Ricardo and Rob were excellent with communicating, and Rob was great to work with and takes pride in his role and ensuring quality homes are built. The only aspect of the experience that wasn’t excellent is around some of the decision making at Richmond corporate (or whoever the decision makers are for designing model homes in the communities); in false advertisement within the models. I understand that all builders put items in the models that are not offered in homes, but this is a deceptive practice. If Richmond didn’t participate in this norm it would further elevate, differentiate, and build trust in Richmond from other builders. When trying to get a resolution around an item, we were met with an unfortunate response and attitude from Ava, and Daniel didn’t even return our calls to support. Fortunately, Ricardo, Rob, and Reon were great to ensure a positive experience- They are great at their roles and the reason we are satisfied with Richmond. ... More

I purchased my home at the end of 2024. We were able to close 2 weeks after I first decided to purchase the home. It's my first home purchase and everything seems well built and cleverly designed. The sales and construction team were great to work with through the walk through and took care of all repairs I requested, including minor paint touch ups. I'm excited to be in my new home and everything has continued to run smoothly.

They are very informative, they so not pressure you for anything which is good. Buying a house is a enormous commitment, and they made me feel very comfortable.

Bought a Richmond American home in Paintbrush Hills subdivision in Falcon CO. Sales staff was very helpful and project manager was ernest about resolving what few Issues I had before closing. The cost of the home was reasonable considering how expensive housing has gotten in Colorado. From the time we signed a contract to closing was really fast as long as I was prepared to get the lending depart everything to them promptly.
