Worked with Cori and she kept us informed on what we needed to do. The closing process was great. We closed on our old house in the morning and got the keys for our new house that afternoon.

Only major issue that I have had is with the back sliding door not wanting to lock until I used a item to press the pin in. Maintenance have came by and adjusted it twice but it still having the same issue. So I had to put the object back in place in order to get it to Lock back correctly.

Suzanne was absolutely amazing. She was there from beginning to end. We never went a day wondering. She was so attentive. Chris the Assistant Super was so knowledgeable. He was very responsive to emails and concerns. There was not a question that he didn’t find the answer to. Because of Suzanne I would go through the buying experience over and over again.

We had a great experience buying a home with Richmond. Our team met all expectations and was ahead of schedule on our move-in date as well as fixing any issues that came up. Vincent was responsive and experienced. Sarah on the sales team gave us regular updates and helped us figure out all questions about closing. Now we're loving our new house!

He was great on the walk through looking for touch ups. he found more than we did and had them corrected in a couple of days.

Great group of people to work with. All very professional and courteous. People I would be friends with for life and invite to my home for BBQ and family events. My wife and I felt comfortable and important. Gail has been a blessing and on top of all repairs and follow-ups. Loan process was challenging but Chris made us feel appreciated through the process. I couldn't be happier with my experience working with German. From the initial process to the walk-through, the entire process was smooth, transparent and well-managed. I believe the quality of materials is great; however, I can't say the same thing about workmanship. A lot of the tagged items were fixed before closing but a few weeks into moving in, I am noticing quite a few items that still need to be fixed. I haven't started the reporting process for these issues but I'm looking forward to a great experience just like how it was from the beginning of the home buying process.
