From the start we have had an overall positive experience with Richmond American homes. Maggie the sales rep was very friendly and responsive as have the warranty reps, Ruben and Joshua. We love our new home and the lot size is great!

Great experience overall some minor things to be fixed and they responded in time.

Our process started in June and we made multiple trips from Iowa before we made a decision in September. Scott was available for us whenever we had questions and helped make our move to Colorado happen.

Maceo has been great with follow through and communication. He has been 5 stars. Our only negative is when a trade or contractors lack has said they would be there they have dropped the ball and not followed through on a couple of occasions. I think the general foreman should have more of a say in what contractors are used. In the long run this can effect or put a negative image on the company.

It was great, and hope the other home buyers feel the same.

We had great experience from the step in the office to closing the deal for our beautiful house. Would like to thanks Brian for his high professionalism and expertise, best ever we received after checking so many communities and houses. The entire process was so smooth ,easy and in a very tamely manner ,highly recommending Richmond American Homes.

I have enjoyed my experience with Richmond overall! The staff at the Willow Springs Ranch location have been kind, non-pressuring, and present throughout the process. I would have appreciated greater clarity on some of the billing processes and a few more little fix-ups after noticing some minor problems upon moving in. These things have been minor, however, and I would highly recommend buying a home with Richmond!

The buying process was super simple! The hardest part was deciding which floor plan I wanted. The sales team was exceptional and answered all of my questions. I’ve only been in the house about a month now, but everything is working perfectly. There were a few minor touchups that needed to be done, mainly dings in the walls and such. But nothing major. Most of the discrepancies have already been fixed. The foreman has been super helpful and just a real pleasure to do business with. The selling staff was great. Always on top of any situation. After buying, the customer service for service calls is a little difficult to work with. But overall a good experience

Austin was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and Very friendly. He answered any and all questions I asked. He made himself available and always returned calls or texts. He kept me up to date once a week during the building process and even sent pictures. I would highly recommend him to my friends or family looking for a new home. He is an asset to this company for sure.

The purchasing experience was really easy, and the team helped me through the entire process. Any issues I had where taken care of promptly. Overall a good experience.

Jessica was friendly knowledgable and honest which we appreciated. One thing I wish was that we had known there were no customizations available to be made when we saw the model homes. Overall I’d rate the experience a 5 star rating. Looking forward to what the community will grow into.
