My experience with Richmond homes has been great! Highly recommend!

From the sell agent , loan officer, the walk through guy, was such a great and easy experience. They took off the pressure of buying and made it enjoyable. If I had to do it again, I will still do it with Richmond American.

Loved the overall experience with Richmond they really care the most for the "home buying" process. Very much enjoyed seeing the home being build from ground up. Very clean and professional when doing our weekly walk through. Every little detail upon final walk through was addressed! Not one thing was skipped. We were very please and couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Everything from start to finish was a great experience! Everyone from Richmond homes was extremely helpful and answered all our questions, I would highly recommend doing business with them in the future.

Everything was fine. We just have not heard anything yet about our issues needing attention.

David found a home that worked with my time frame, delivered on schedule. Josh was awesome during the walkthrough and follow-up. He was patient, informative, and thorough.

The best part of the entire process is how seamlessly it was. Special mention to Dale on sales, the way he manage the communication to my wife and kids made a difference, I was ready, but the rest of my family gave me the thumbs up after talking to Dale. The handover from sales to finance, then to the loan department, and everyone in between. This process, from Richmond, was focus on making sure I was informed of the next steps and feel comfortable at any point. Overall, we’re happy with our new home—it has great features, and we’ve settled in nicely. However, for a home priced just shy of half a million dollars, there were a few design choices that left us disappointed. For example, the house has a clear color theme, yet chrome accents were used in the bathrooms, while the rest of the hardware and the kitchen faucet are matte black. This inconsistency makes the chrome look cheap in comparison. Also, while the kitchen drawers are soft close, the cabinets are not, which doesn’t make sense in a home at this price point. On a positive note, the staff we worked with were fantastic—very helpful and professional throughout the process. There were a lot of little things that needed addressed from our home inspection and walkthrough. The superintendent was super attentive to the issues that we experienced. The most concerning was the potential for shingle damage by wind. It was supposedly addressed but after Milton it looks like the area that they fixed had damage. Riding around the whole community, we saw no other homes with shingle damage so we are concerned of the quality of the roofers fixes that the home inspection brought out.

My home was move-in ready when I started the process and I absolutely love it. The community is friendly and lively. Our house was beautifully built and the team has been very responsive to my issues and concerns!

Our experience with Richmond home was outstanding. Customer service was on point took care of all our needs they took us through the whole process step-by-step, and are still in communication with us after our purchase helping us with whatever we need. Overall, our family is happy with everything.

We had a positive experience on the sales and builder side. Lauren and Mike were professional and responsive. The biggest challenge was working with the loan officer. Lauren went above and beyond answering all of our questions and collaborating well with our realtor. Mike, the superintendent, was awesome. I can tell he takes pride in his work and he is personable. After closing he attended to the little things that needed attention. We feel like we got a great deal on this house and love the fact that the basement is finished.

The buying experience was great working with Richmond. I do wish for the price you are paying that Richmond could at least finish the fences in-between homes instead of leaving that on the homeowners to work out with new neighbors who have not moved in yet.

Angie out Richmond hopes rep was so knowledgeable and patient with us through the entire home buying process. We were expecting our second child days before going under contract so we were on a tight time frame. Angie made our home buying experience possible and was fantastic to work with Genny and Luke has been a great resource and were fantastic through the process as well. The staff we worked with was the reason we decided to buy from Richmond and have referred others to as well.

With any home your going to run in to issues I have had some issues come up that the Richmond team took care of promptly and with a sense of urgency. I have only had my home for a few months now but everything seems to be going smooth.

Overall, I am satisfied, but there are still some repair jobs pending or with no response yet. I need these fixed or replaced before moving.

This overall experience has been great. The people that work for Richmond homes are outstanding. My experience with Beth was just great. She even remembers my mom and me from months ago looking at houses. They have been very flexible for everything. Even after purchasing the home, Dorian was great to do the 30 day walk through in which he took every concern with care that needed to be fixed. Thank you Richmond for welcoming me to Vegas that I can now call my forever home!
