What a Great home buying experience. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. The sells team (Sammy) The home loan team (Taylor and Jenna). I have owned 10 homes. This team gets things done and fast. There were a few negative reviews on line. I have had a couple of issues with a few items. But there's nothing to complain about. The items are appliances, the house is great. Thank you everyone. I love my new home.

Good to work with but the craftsmanship needs a little help

Having a ready made Home was key to our needs. Moving out of State was an important step in finding our next home as quickly as possible.

I walked the home with our sales associate Beverly and our realtor and immediately fell in love with the layout. The home was at the top of our price point, but had everything we were hoping to find in a home. Beverly and our build team updated us each week on the progress (we were living out of state) with pictures and information about what was being done at that time. During our orientation, everything was explained in thorough detail to us, and great advice was given to help us take care of our brand new home. The fixtures and included appliances aren’t great quality, but they get the job done for the time being. So far everything has been great! Stacey our realtor was amazing! Hector has been great too. Although we are still waiting for things that the builders didn’t fix before we moved in.

Brenda did an amazing job with our purchasing experience. She made our experience extremely helpful. The conversation with the lending teams were very difficult as we were trying to line out the mortgage. One or 230 minute zoom calls would have made the experience much easier. Raf throughout the blue tape walks and our entire purchasing experience. The construction team was updating or fixing items ongoing, which was super helpful. It helped us feel heard.

We moved in about 5 weeks ago. Rob was very helpful during the purchase. Carlos has been wonderful in addressing minor issues that need attention. He communicates very well and we are very appreciative of that. Cris has been great and helping us with our yard. We had a plant die in the front yard and it has already been replaced. Everyone has been very nice and our home is beautiful.

My fiancee and I found a Hemmingway model that was already built and immediately fell in love with the floor plan although we didn't fall in love with the already built house in a different development. Then we got lucky to find the floor plan of our dream home for a brand new one! Beverly made the buying experience positive and great! She answered all of our questions along the way as well as after the purchase and she was still there for anything we needed and even responded on her days off before and after the sale. Our construction managers Nicole and Emily answered all of our technical questions along the way and like Beverly, they took care of us before and after the sale. Rae and Ryan in the warranty department took care of any issues we've been having with the home so far and have done an excellent job! Buying a Richmond American home was trouble free and responsive home builder that I had used. The sales and construction team are responsive with any questions we have had, for example we had the A/C subcontractor on site in a reasonable amount of time for warranty work. They do follow up on claims for us. The construction Maneger is on site during the weekdays that makes our claims process much more responsive. All in all it was a great home buying experience.

I had a great experience with Richmond American. The whole process was smooth. I've been in my new home for over a month now. The house is amazing, the neighborhood is what I wanted. I think I made the right choice with this new construction in a beautiful location that is growing.

We accomplished this from Arizona. The Richmond team was not only extremely helpful handling the moving pieces for the project internally, but was very helpful roping in our agent on the ground and making sure all our questions were addressed in a timely manner. Some minor hiccups with the mortgage team regarding updates and clear communications which were resolved as we got closer to the closing date. The quality of build is top notch. Every corner, face, and foundational component has been expertly finished.
