Many new changes in the way homes are built. Your house construction is amazing. All corners are exact 90 degree. Very good attention to detail. House is very energy efficient. Happy we bought it.

The process purchasing a new build home was easier than I thought it would be. Our sales rep, Solita was wonderful. She has a wealth of experience and made our home buying experience truly memorable. Solita was very responsive and addressed all of our questions and concerns. I love our new home. It is exactly what we wanted in our forever home. Sale was smooth and accommodating. Good value for the dollar. Appearance and design are attractive. Inspections were on time and through. Follow up was punctual. The only major ongoing issue was silt in the water supply that created appliance operation problems that could have perhaps been cleared up much earlier in the installation with careful, timely flushing of the water supply before installation of appliances. Yard and rear ditch drainage issues (erosion) are an ongoing problem. These have been attended to but not remediated.

It is a pleasure working with the sales representative and the construction superintendent! They are very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive! We love our beautiful home for sure!

Recently bought in the Lathrop area and everyone on the RA team was great! My sales rep, Esther, was extremely helpful and responsive which put my mind at ease since I bought from out of the area. Always kept me updated through the building process. You won’t be disappointed!

Location is nice to new comer. All the things you want in a brand new house, the designer already put in it. The size of house fits into the lot size perfectly. Buy a brand new house is lots better than the old ones. Don't worry every thing is covered under the warranty. Interior colors are well chosen. After closing service is looked after very very good by the Richmond American homes workers as Jon, Angel and Raul. They are proud of their job so as me happy to deal with them. Eager to see your guys in August.

I was happy with the communication with the sales office and getting all of my questions addressed. I believe that we got the best deal in our area with this home. Our home was already configured when we purchased and we are happy with the selection of materials and options in the home.

Many issues encountered and some sloppy workmanship, however the construction supervisor and warranty person were very helpful. The salesman was excellent.

If you want a home with an RV garage, Richmond American is the only builder that has a garage large enough to accommodate a 30+ foot rig. Love it!

We had a fantastic experience working with Richmond to purchase our home. Our sales representative Kaitlin and our building superintendents Dan and Eric all did a tremendous job answering questions and guiding us along the way. Richmond has been very responsive as we have found the odds and ends that need a touch up, just as any new home requires. The craftmanship is what we expected and the finishes have been outstanding with perhaps the exception of the carpet which could use a thicker pad. Overall we have had a great first home buying experience. The quality of work generally is great, we have noticed a few points where it seems like people may have cut corners or simply didn't have a care in the unfinished spaces. (Protruding nail heads) being 1 example. Maybe a few poor cuts in corner spaces etc. Everything is functional though and for that we are delighted. To match the title of my review, Communication has been amazing and we are still reaching out as we get settled within the home. I do trust the builders, I trust the organization, and I think they can take care of any concerns to come through our first year. Warranties have worked wonderfully (not that many were needed at the moment, just small things between appliances.) Everyone is quick to respond and address our needs. I think the home is great, and while we accept the price, it could also have been much less a few years ago so I don't put that on the builders. The markets are inflated and we feel we got fair value for the times. As rates rise we feel like we really lucked out to buy when we did. Similar to previously written material, the team is overall very responsive to what we need. I think the quarterly check ins are in part why, but sometimes it can feel like a lot of time passed to get a response. In terms of general delivery time though I'm sure its because we are swayed by the world of amazon and online deliveries being so competitive. Right from the start of wanting the house, putting down the retaining fee and given the close date, everything went as expected and in a timely order. Happy with the team and would do it all over again.

We had a very positive experience while buying this new home. We moved from another city so it was a bit more challenging. Everything went as planned and in a good time line. The only issues we've had so far are workmanship of items in the home, inop window, lazy touch ups in places and not in others. As far as the value...it's ok. My sister bought a new build with another builder and got so much more for her money. We almost have the exact same lay out too. I feel for half a million dollars a 2,000 sq foot home should come with more upgrades and a few extras. I've purchased a few new builds an preowned homes in my life and that is just my opinion. ... This is our second new build and it was a much smoother process than the first time around. Overall we are very happy with our new home and everyone at Richmond

The process was fairly smooth. My realtor rep helped me through the process and answered all the questions that I had. It was real quick and organized. I like how they have the home buying structure so that you can keep up with all the paperwork that you have to sign and send.

We are very pleased with our new home and how fast the Care Team at Richmond responded to some issues we had. Special thanks to Dustin, the Superintendent, who was super helpful and knowledgeable about the electrical problem we had. He fixed it in no time. Thank you Dustin!! We highly recommend Richmond to our friends and family. We just wished there were NO ASSOCIATIONS to deal with, other than that, we feel we made a very good decision to buy our home with Richmond.

Our sales agent Ricky Chase was nothing short of amazing. He explained everything very thoroughly and the whole process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. I was only disappointed in the final walk through the super Intendent was very lazy about getting things handled and done before move in so it put us behind. Throughout the entire build process Jordan and sales team provided beyond exceptional Customer service and were always available to answer any questions we had with positive attitudes no matter how often we bugged them. This sales team is what the standard should be when it comes to customer service excellence. Quality of the home is also great, Chase oversaw majority of our build, throughout his time at the carillon site he was also exceptional in ensuring the home stayed on track and maintained a high quality build standard and customer service excellence. Alex took over for chase at the end of the Build. Alex is always friendly and has a positive attitude and strives to keep a quality mindset. however there were some minor final details that were over looked and still pending repair. These issues were caught within 30 days of completion most were fixed before our first walk but 30 days after closing about 5 or 6 items still remain. And some new minor issues have been found. Our overall Experience with Richmond American homes has been phenomenal and we are grateful for the entire team in making our Dream home come to fruition.
