My experience was really good, no hiccups what do ever.I love my home

After closing warranty issue have been a problem we were informed two weeks they would walk through after move in and never happened I had to call to get that done 3 weeks after move in and still not one single warranty issue has been fixed so we are going on over a month after move in super frustrating and think it wouldn’t be that hard to get thing done with small issues!!

Nothing bad to say about the experience

We had an extremely smooth process from day one up until/beyond our move in date. Very happy!

Home is great for seniors. All on one floor. In a growing community. It’s away from heavy traffic but close to shopping. When fully built out it will have that small town feel and yet have access to all that a city has to offer. Everything is new and shiny.

In today’s market I would recommend a new home with Richmond. Process was easy and I ended up getting huge incentives!

We had a great experience with Oliver and him helping us through the whole process. He answered all our questions and was very patient with us and us taking our time wanting to see all our options. We had a few warranty items that I wish were taken care of right away but we also bought near the holidays and people might be delayed. Overall I feel it was a positive experience even with us running into our own personal loan issues.

Probably the easiest home buying experience I have ever had. Moved very fast and very professional. Love my new home.

Carla and Nicole is very helpful during this home-buying journey. Tim is very responsive for every question I have about the house.

Tanner did an amazing job! Always there for all of our questions (we had a lot!) Came by to see how we were doing a month after we moved in. Never had that type of customer service when buying a home!

I love my new home ,Richmond American home you the best they take of you

My family just moved in to our new home. We love it. With anything built by human hands we expect some flaws. Some of our doorknobs where installed upside down. Other than that, this house has been great so far.

Anastasia was fantastic in the sales process, made it very easy and smooth! The Richmond finance side were also great, very responsive and we got an incredible interest rate!

Review I just submitted for Richmond: I am overall happy with my home. I love it. It’s very comfortable. Sales person Glenda was amazing! I am disappointed in the workmanship of a few items. Some things I know can and will be fixed but there are a few big things. One, the drywall in the home is terrible. You can see bowed areas in the hallway now that we have painted. The drywall is literally cracking at the seams in other places, so you can see clear seams and cracking of the walls coming through. Now this will need to be fixed and I am told my paint will not be fixed. The builder paint which is of course a different color than my newly painted interior will be fixed, but not my paint. I’m not happy about the inconvenience this will cause of course but now the expense of repainting due to nothing I have done wrong is unacceptable. The second big thing is that apparently my home is missing some AC connectors and returns in a few rooms making one room that my daughter lives in very warm. We’re waiting for the parts for that and hopefully there will not be damage. So those two major things that will require literal cutting into the home are very unfortunate and disappointing to say the least. It would be appreciated if at least Richmond could not just dismiss my request to fix my paint after the drywall gets cut into. At this point, I’m on the fence about whether I would recommend Richmond. I suppose it depends on how these two huge items are handled. ... More

I love the home but here are the issues and this isn’t all of them. The air vent is located right next to the shower so it blows cold air right on you in the hot shower that’s a poor design, closed the air vent and that resolves that. Electrical issues lights blink in one area and fireplace makes a weird clicking sound repetitively that’s maddening. The major issue is I haven’t can’t cook a meal on my stove and I’ve lived there over a month because no one wants to fix or take responsibility for it not working and I’m currently going through the GE appliances website scheduling an appointment two weeks out so it’ll probably be two months in before I can cook a meal on the stove which is frustrating. ... Buying experience was very positive including the walk-thrus however items not completed remain unfinished after follow up.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the appliances. This home was very expensive, but the appliances are very low-grade. Poor quality. I’ve had nothing but trouble with each of them. This being a model home I expected top grade appliances, but I receive low quality.

Response time and action taken is lengthy

They buying experience was made really easy with the help of Ester she was extremely help. Joel has been very responsive but with Josh the has he would reach out and schedule someone to fix some cracks on our corner beads and has not reach back out and scheduled any date for repairs. Most of the team for Richmond has been fantastic

The sales agent in Lodi, CA, is amazing.

The sales dept was fabulous. Tanner did a fabulous job. The mortgage qualification was horrendous. Major overhaul needed only to find out mtg was sold before I made one payment. Had a keak behind master sink over 30 days ago. Today the counter top and medicine cabinet sit in my bedroom on the floor. Paul tried to schedule the carpet to be replaced before the counter top and medicine cabinet was reinstalled. Have not heard from him in 10 days and I won’t let carpet be installed until these are done. Who wants brand new carpet trampled on by plumbers, cabinet people. Very poor communication when there is an emergency. It’s almost like you don’t care about your customers once the ink is dry. Need much better communication ... More
