Davine has been exceptional throughout the entire process of the buying process. However on the backside of the sale the company has been very slow to correct the final walkthrough issues. It has been a month since move in and there are still items not corrected

The experience with the sales person Zack was great and with all others during the purchase process! Now that we are in not so good sent work order for things that needed to be fixed and have not been contacted yet! We need some major things fixed like a pipe in our roof that just goes into the attic but connected to nothing. I can see light around my front door, garage door into house does not latch properly as other doors have same issue. Working with Suzanne was an absolute pleasure. As a first-time homebuyer, I appreciated her advocacy and the knowledge she shared throughout the process. Her expertise and dedication made buying a home manageable and enjoyable! However, I’ve faced some challenges with home care and communication with the superintendent and others. Easy Process, Tough After Close

Overall a very easy process getting in the door. After close though, we have reached out a couple times trying to get rollover items and inspection issues addressed with no response. To be fair we have only tried communicating directly and have not gone through warranty. The issues are also minor, primarily being paint touch ups.

The house is very nice, beautiful design, interior, and exterior. However, I wish they clean inside more throughly. There are area were not throughly clean, scratches, stains from working on the house, and scratch on the appliances. When the buyer wants to buy, we expect the brand new place spotless.

We had many issues with our new home. The quality of workmanship was substandard and Richmond should better monitor their contractors/emplyees building homes. Major issues like sewer belly, frozen pipes due to poor insulation, failure to exit the dryer venting on roof, poor installation of front door, gas range pipe leak, and other etc were all move in frustrations that were quickly fixed.

Poor construction causing injuries

Great home BUT. Our counter is coming OFF of the wall after living here for 2 WEEKS and we were told it’s OUR problem. NO. Our stairs have 4 staples per stair facing UP. Our children have suffered cuts and bleeding from our stairs. That’s an absolutely Ridiculous and I’m sure you as a company would agree that these issues, especially children getting hurt from your stair staples, is ridiculous.

We have had multiple issues in our brand new home ranging from many electrical, appliance and HVAC. Our last home was also brand new and we did not encounter one issue. Only lining in our home for one month, I am regretting my decision despite my initial love for the home. Speaking with neighbors, they have also encountered the same making me concerned why there continues to be issues. Dispute all these issues, they all have eventually been addressed and each person has been understanding, kind and professional.

Viewing the home was a good experience before we closed but when it came time to do the walk throughs and reporting issues there is no urgency or even fixing all the issues in a timely manner even after filling out a request on the portal.

Overall, I like the people I have dealt with while purchasing my home. I'm not super happy with the workmanship of the home or how slow it is to get the issues addressed. I've been in the house for a month and I still don't have my garage floor problem fixed OR at least had any correspondence from the builder on when it'll be fixed. The said that the problem is out of spec and should be fixed but haven't done anything, to my knowledge, to fix it.

Buying home was amazing, getting the items that where on the 30 day list to be fixed seems impossible, I am now thinking that they will not be done unless, I call everyday, which of course I do not have the time! Very disappointing!

I’ve lived here 6 weeks: The garage door remotes do not work to open the doors, I tripped a breaker using the garbage disposal. The AC does not cool my room. Plants and trees are dying in front yard that was on drip system, I have not received the screen door for my bedrooms slider glass door( it’s very stuffy in my room without AC and no screen on the door. The refrigerator I replaced, and the dishwasher due to inability to work properly. I am begging for help since I live by myself. I can’t afford all the out of pocket costs for things the builder supplied that did not work. ...

The home buying experience itself was great. Lois was a blessing to work with and the process for me and my wife was as easy as can be. The craftsmanship of the home is where I have the issue. Multiple things built poorly and we are currently awaiting our 30 day inspection so that we can get these critical items fixed and have yet to hear from them on when this inspection will take place. Stairs and floors built poorly, drywall is patchy, windows aren’t sealed and the list goes on. I’m just hoping that they correct their poor craftsmanship at this point so that we can enjoy our home.

I wish I could give a 5 star across the board but I can not. The quality of workmanship was not as expected. This is my 3rd new home purchase and I was disappointed for the amount of money invested the issues I have seen with the house like the upgraded cabinets poorly installed. The doors poorly finished. The house windows and parts of the flooring with paint spots and not cleaned when keys were delivered. Communicated gutters on the front door were included prior to purchase and now being told it was an error and not complying to what I was told. Supervior Steve was rude at move in date ...

Sale consultant and home gallery rep were amazing we loved working with them. Workmanship and quality ifbthe home are sub par we have been at our home for a month we don't expect perfection but there were many issues that were rushed and overloked like dishwasher water was not plugged in. Also we have a leaky shower faucet we hope that issue is resolved we believe are doors were not painted just primed they are very rough. Drywall has many small dents that we did not notice while doing the walk through dimmer lights flicker even in bathroom. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.
