Richmond Homes are very workable group. They care about me as a customer and helped me a lot in purchasing my home. I am very happy to be able to get a beautiful home from Richmond.

It was a good experience looking forward to my next purchase

I'm very happy with the house. Good quality. However, I had a problem with the solar purchase. I was a cash buyer so closing escrow is fast if the house was ready. I was told that I couldn't purchase solar because I had less than 60 days to closing of escrow. I was forced to lease the solar. I've bought 12 brand new homes already and no other builder had this clause. I bought a house and closed escrow in 10 days and was still able to purchase solar. This is a ridiculous clause to have to force a buyer to lease solar when it's possible to purchase. Thus my experience with the agent was not a pleasant one. I gave the experience a 4 star only because of Anthony, your customer service rep. He's awesome and always responded to my needs. Caleb and Anthony are the rockstar in our home buying experience. They were professional, pleasant to work with and answers all our questions. They both gave us timely updates regarding our house and made sure we are satisfied. Chris from the lender however sent me a “formality” mortgage rate lock in form to sign which made me think I had a lower interest rate of 6.5%. My credit was checked before this form was sent and was within the 60 days I was allowed to lock in. Instead of locking me in, I was sent this form which made me think i was getting a lower interest rate. I was later told that my actual rate is 7.3%. ... More

Char is very knowledgeable about the process and all my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. I have never felt this happy and comfortable in a home. I love my new home.

Brenda was incredible. She went out of her way to make sure that any opportunities or challenges were settled quickly--even when she was on vacation. She is a stellar representative. Joey was also quite helpful to make sure the house was ready. Unfortunately, there were a few things that were not ready. The warranty service is terrific, but the 4 hour window for repairs is not conducive for working people. The overall quality of the home is quite good. The dishwasher however is quite cheap. The "stainless steel" door is plastic. Love the gas range!

Overall great experience with Richmond American. From the sales associates to the builders, everyone we met with before close was responsive and helpful to meet our needs.

We had a very good experience overall. We found a dream home that we weren’t even looking for. The sales representative was wonderful, helpful and informative, but not pushy or annoying like someone can be. Every other interaction was genuine, straightforward, and met expectations. We are very happy with our purchase and our beautiful home.

Carlie our sales associate provided an exceptional experience- coming from the new home industry as well I appreciated her honesty and knowledge and ability to overcome our objections. She was a pleasure to work with!

nice house, great upgraded appliances, decent grade paint on the walls (unlike a lot of new build).Massive 3-car garage and large laundry room. wish house was prewired for audio (good that all rooms have ethernet hookups). Need more/upgraded sockets in kitchen and garage.

The process up until our walkthrough was more difficult and disorganized than it needed to be. With that said, Dave, the superintendent for Sky Village, has been amazing, and he is the sole reason that I have given the 5 stars above. He gave me all of the important info upfront before I asked, he is very responsive and answers all of my questions, and fixed any issues I've had right away. He is always in a good mood, easy to get ahold of, and great to talk to, and I am very grateful that he was in charge of the way that my family's home has turned out. I did not like the build process with spec home building. After much thoughts and trials with the new build we were advised that the model home was available so we decided to purchase the pewter model home and could not be happier, even though it cost more than we were willing to pay but in the end we were greatful that we had the money for the model home. Thank you for this great home.

Great experience, Would recommend

Overall, I had a great experience with Richmond homes. The closing process was a little clunky and it seemed as soon as I sent in documents I requested more documents were requested. It would’ve been nice to have a checklist of every document required for closing so that I could just turn everything in at once. Other than that things went well

The timeline promised was definitely met and delivered.

It was great overall. However, it would have been better if I was informed that there is no internet service in the community before moving it. It's been a month without internet.

From the very beginning, walking into the office, Jessica was inviting and knowledgeable. Very professional in dealings with me, as I was in la la land. Everyone was responsive to any questions or concerns that I had, this is including Home American Lending. The quality of the builds, for the price range I am in, is unmatched by other builders. Any issues that arose was probably because of my situation, retiring and purchasing at the same time. The builds are actually remarkable. This neighborhood in particular is going to be smaller, and is really diverse, which is truly appreciated. In closing, everyone involved from start to finish worked diligently, answered all questions, and seemed to be rooting for me through all this twists and turns of the home buying experience. Honestly, the process of getting a loan was alot of work. Since we don't have a Realtor representing us. But everything else was smooth sailing. The representative and everyone involved was excellent with quick response to my questions or need. I will definitely recommend richmond home to my friends and family

Silvia was amazing throughout the entire home buying process. She was patient and was always willing to help and answer our questions. Josh was great during the closing process. He made sure that things were completed before we moved in and very polite.

From start to finish, our first homebuying experience was fantastic. Our sales associate Janna was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home for our needs. She patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel confident every step of the way. When we outlined specific must haves in our home including a large center sliding door into the backyard and tile flooring with a specific color scheme Janna found the perfect lot that matched. The quality of workmanship in our new home was solid and we felt that Richmond American stood by their product and our community superintendent Travis kept the tradesmen honest. From the flooring to the finishes, the home reflected a high standard of craftsmanship. It’s clear that this builder takes pride in delivering homes that meet modern day expectations and include features that are unique and timeless. One of the things we appreciated most was the transparency throughout the process. We opted to use the builder's in house mortgage company, HomeAmerican Mortgage, and our Loan Officer Lisa kept us informed about timelines, costs, and next steps. Our Loan Processor Judy was quick to answer our questions and helped to ensure that the process went as efficiently as possible keeping everything on track for a timely closing. Our home represents a very good value for the money. The builder and sales team were responsive and helpful. They were very low pressure in their sales tactics. Our interactions with the builder’s lender, Home American Mortgage, weren’t enjoyable. We got a great interest rate so it was worth the hassle though.
