We did have in general a good experience, the buying process was quick, customer service was very good, building materials, and home finishing are good, it stands out from competitors, I would say fairly you buy a better home construction location and amenities, than those offered by other companies.

I did not like the build process with spec home building. After much thoughts and trials with the new build we were advised that the model home was available so we decided to purchase the pewter model home and could not be happier, even though it cost more than we were willing to pay but in the end we were greatful that we had the money for the model home. Thank you for this great home.

We have had a few things pop up since we moved in. Sometimes Jennifer is responsive quickly, other times not. I’m assuming she’s busy. The paint on the floor is frustrating. Was told that it’s water based, by Angel, and should just come right up. It takes elbow grease to get it off. Otherwise we are pretty happy here.

Great baying experience specially the real estate agent and the sales.

Overall a great home buying experience.

We are enjoying our new home! Not very enjoyable to hear construction work at 6:30am in the morning while my kid is asleep but after the neighborhood is built that will go away.

We are yet to move in.

From my initial research, Richmond American was not the top choice as a builder. Internet reviews indicated quality issues in other developments throughout the U.S. After talking to some of the residents of Lakeview Forest, I decided to take the risk. Happy to say my experience has been very good. From the Sales Office Staff (Austin & Lizzy) to the project manager (Carl) were responsive to any questions I had. The weekly updates with pictures were excellent. My only bad experience resulted from dealing with your affiliated insurance company. The overall experience was good. I would however liked to have the opportunity to add a few upgrades. Simple things like tile upgrades, a patio fan and pendant lights over the kitchen countertops.

I think the job they did on the house was well done. Overall the quality is great. Some minor fixes are required, but overall great.

The whole process from start to finish was smooth and organized, and the quality and value of the house is very good. The builders are very tentative to my questions and was able to resolve any issues. If you are looking for good value and affordable mortage payment this builder is best bet.

The whole buying exercise was very informative and extensive especially on documentation and follow up. Since we had a good realtor who understood our requirements it was easier to engage with Richmond staff and the overall experience was good. There was good collaboration between Richmond staff especially Morgan, Chris and Jennifer. Otherwise I would recommend other potential homebuyers to consider Richmond American homes

Overall, I had a great experience with Richmond homes. The closing process was a little clunky and it seemed as soon as I sent in documents I requested more documents were requested. It would’ve been nice to have a checklist of every document required for closing so that I could just turn everything in at once. Other than that things went well

Karyn was great at helping is select our home, took care of any questions and helped with the buying process.

Overall experience its been good. The customer service from Terin is excellent, if the whole review would be based on her service, we would do a 5-star review. She went above and beyond for our family to get the house. Luke also has been great at honoring his word and fixing what he says he’s going to get fixed. The quality of products used isn’t the best but so far house it’s holding up. Future homeowners should do a thorough inspection, even if needed to be paid out of pocket to do so. Before moving in, they fixed everything right away. Once you moved in everything is through warranty.

The American Home that I bought is beautiful and I love it of course the model had all the nice things in it. One of my pet pees is the master bathroom has no linen closet one linen closet in a three bed room house. The dish washer was not working their was a lot of blame to go around the GE to the builder no one was responsible two weeks later no dish washer it was the builder crew who did not hook it up also GE came out and they could not see what the problem was and it's there product.

The timeline promised was definitely met and delivered.

My superintendent is very professional and knowledgeable.

We are pleased with our Richmond home. Kelly from sales was amazing all the way. Excellent follow through with our needs. Jennifer explained the loan and kept us updated. Some challenges but we pulled through with her help. Only drawback which we knew is we could not make any changes to the upgrades or plan as it was pre-set already. Overall, we are still happy and blessed with our new home.

The home buying process was easy, and our sales person, Dale, was responsive and answered all of our questions. Janelle with the mortgage side of it was great! She was very responsive and patient with us as we worked through the process. We appreciated that. Our home tour was very thorough. Richard and Jared were very informative and have been great with follow up. We really like our 8 foot doors throughout our home, including the garage door. We especially love our paver brick driveway and patio. It adds a beautiful touch to the front of our home. The only negative would be that the cleaning of the home prior to move-in did not meet our expectations. We had to clean some things when we moved in….white grout residue on kitchen tile backsplash and tile in master bath shower. The floor tiles had some smeared grout and paint specks in some areas. First, shout out to Ken (Area Dir of Construction?), you rock. We wouldn't be here if you hadn't stepped in. The sales rep, Gina, was wonderful. I always felt she was working hard for us to have a positive experience. After adjustments were made to the field team and Cody took over, we felt there was very good organization and responsiveness up to the closing and then beyond the closing to complete items that needed adjustment/replacement. We love our new home and look forward to many years of enjoyment. Thank you Richmond American.
