One of the biggest reason of me and lots of my friends and clients bought homes in Lathrop because of your sales person ESTHER AGGAZARIAN. One of the best sales person I have ever seen with any builder. She is so responsive and trustworthy, and always very prompt to reply to any of the questions we had. But on the other hand responsiveness to respond to warranty requests within 30 days of purchase is completely ignored by our service rep Paul Hooper. He was very good until the close of escrow but he took 360degree turn with his behavior and very BAD to communicate with. I can say he is ...

They only care about you buying the house. On our pre close walk we found out the microwave had been used but they didn't care to change it or do anything to fix the problem since they already had the earnest money. They said they would only clean it and that microwave was very stinky. Seller Moises never had a solution, only kept saying that was not part of the deal, Horrible seller that only cares about making money and not the customer.

Window is cracked already and I have to wait a month for a replacement. Paint is poorly done with drip marks all over. All the screws in the house are lose. The stucco is coming off already. The floor makes noise and it’s not even level. This house was built too quickly and with poor attention to detail.

My first Richmond home was pure owned and by far the best customer service of all. The second was purchased in 2007 and aside from the economy tanking was still a good purchase, had a couple issues that were attempted to half repair and one that was never fixed, the way it goes I guess. This last home, 17 years later I figured they would have there act together, I was unpleasantly surprised with a no. Immediately after signing the contract, sales lady became rude. The Forman/supervisor was great during our final walkthrough. Now for the package I was told when I signed the paperwork in Oct that I would get the vanity/cabinet in the master bathroom. Towards the end of the build, I noticed they put up some ugly shelving across from the toilet and not the vanity/ counter. The sales person said that the packages were changed and instead of picking out the items we want it was one Package with color flooring and no upgrades. We moved into a corner lot with a water tank behind us, the entire water tank is surrounded by a rock wall and in several other residents backyards but ours. We have been absolutely disappointed with this company. We have never had a construction company have not care or their product or it’s finished homes. The outside of the house has so many touch ups that needed to be done. There are so many nail holes that were not covered properly, ,as the inside do too! The cabinets were not finished at the corners, the fans are constantly on and off at all times of the day and night. The furnace makes a loud noise when it comes on and off. I really like my new home. The only problem I had is the two other bedrooms are super small. I have a three piece bedroom suites and they are all crunched together. So the bedrooms could be a little bigger. My pantry is to die for and so is my laundry room. We love our RV garage. (Our diesel pusher barely fits) but it does. Buying an expensive home you expect it to be well put together and good quality. However, since moving in we have found so many problems and some that can not be fixed. We are hoping they will be fixed in the upcoming weeks, however, when buying a new home (especially one that’s priced so high) you shouldn’t need to have a lot of things replaced/fixed.

So far we’ve passed our 30 days of being in the home and still no follow up on issues that need to be fixed. I pass buy the contractors throwing up other houses very quickly and can tell it’s slapped together just like my house. We blue taped a lot on our first walkthrough and it looked like they just took off the tape and didn’t fix the paint issues. I wouldn’t be so upset if I didn’t pay $3000+ for a paint upgrade on the whole house. The cabinets still have yet to be fixed and they sent the wrong part. This is a lovely home, and the buying process was easy. However, there were a number of items on the punch list that needed to be addressed, for example, a bowed wall, unfinished wood trim, a chipped granite counter, gouges around the front door, scratches in the tub, etc. Ultimately the builder was willing to address everything, but I had to push to get some of these things fixed, as if it really wasn’t their standard and they didn’t want to be bothered with it.

Builders did not disclose certain items to buyers, during and even after purchases. When discovered by buyers, builder were not responding to covered dispute/mediation. Not very trustful builder imho. Build quality is above average, except the painting workmanship, worst than regular DIYer. Builder should be more honest and more responsive to buyers' concerns/inquiries.

we love the city, the community, and the housing styles and brevarde. love our location but the home, the finishing, was rushed too much.. so many things are defective or not done correctly. a few major items also. some are very very negligent that should never have occured unless the team wasn't caring or paying attention. very unprofessional in the finishing items both inside and out. very difficult process to get corrected
