I’ve experienced the home buying process 5 other times before working with Richmond. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had from beginning to end and even after buying the house. The Lender could not give me firm or confident answers to my questions. I go the run around many times from the sales person and the construction person in charge while the home was being built in regards to things the home came with and what, how and when it was going to be finished out with. The underwriter and the lender were not on the same page even after I provided the same documentation to them multiple ...
