Overall inside home good quality. Cosmetic concerns throughout the house noticeable, builder very responsive to concern and sends companies very fast. Plants over all healthy with 6-7 dying even with proper care including one if the bigger trees planted in the slope. My big concern that I have with the builder is the side yard were the gate is located. They left the side yard ground extremely uneven where we have slipped and fell. I spoke to the home Care specialist and the superintendent and both told me "that is the way we turn the homes to the owners. Richmand should leave a home ...
