Great experience with associates when I had questions

I had a good home buying expérience with you guys.but otherwise i missed to see a broken glass on the garage door on my final tour.as i moved the same day in afternoon i noticed the damage and claim a repair. I have got a promise but nobody have yet showed to fix anything.

Our home was already built when we bought it but it feels like a quality home. Every person we have dealt with from sales to loan to walk through and warranty items and trade people have all been very friendly and professional. With the few warranty items that have been found, Richmond has been very responsive. We are happy with our home and our overall experience.

We started looking at Richmond homes almost a year ago! We were a little nervous about buying our first home but working with our sales agent Carin - she really helped ease our fears. The process was seamless. From our many conversations, many times just stopping by the office and picking her brain to the walk through a to closing - it was an amazing experience! We can’t thank Carin and her team enough.

I purchased my home at the end of 2024. We were able to close 2 weeks after I first decided to purchase the home. It's my first home purchase and everything seems well built and cleverly designed. The sales and construction team were great to work with through the walk through and took care of all repairs I requested, including minor paint touch ups. I'm excited to be in my new home and everything has continued to run smoothly.

I am now the proud owner of a beautifully constructed home that meets my high expectations.

Compared to other builders I encountered during my home search, I believe they are among the better ones. I like most of their homes; however, to save money, some disappointing corners were cut. Building a house from scratch gives you the choice to avoid these issues, but since I bought a pre-made house, I found some aspects disappointing. It would be better if they increased the cost to ensure everything is done properly. Overall, I consider them to be good builders.

Kaitlin at the sales office and Kevin the super were great to deal with in buying my first home. They answered any questions I had and helped make the entire process very smooth and also very quick, from contract to close in less than 30 days!

I recently purchased a new house from Richmond American homes and I am incredibly satisfied. The quality is amazing. The customer service was very helpful. Every thing went smoothly and on timely basis. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a beautiful home with reasonable price.

Richmond is very restrictive. They make no allowance for any changes or upgrades.

I'm a retired flooring installer, purchased 8 homes ( 4 new) over 42 years. Quality between builders has closed to where it's hard to distinguish between them. Richmond in my opinion has always been the better choice. My house purchase was a track home of medium level upgrades, not fancy but not entry level. Pleased with quality, energy efficiency, and design. Price was better than most other builders in this area. Would choose them again.

Our sales rep was amazing! She did everything to help us find the home we want and worked great with our relator to help negotiate in the things that really made us love this house more! Our sales rep went above and beyond to help us out when there were discrepancies with closing costs and other things.

This Home Buying Experience was As horrible as I think they come. This is Due to a failure at the lowest level to the Supers inability to follow through on their own check list, To the sales agent who has never contacted me after the purchase date/ To the Contractors and Subs who completed the shotty work. The first issue came when winter came and tried to blow out the sprinklers the home builders excavators did not properly install my shut off valve and in order to turn that off and on I have to call the county/ Refused to fix. My shingles were not connected to roof and had no paper flew off in a small windstorm, repair was completed by their repair guys who also inspected their own work and said no other issues and as i soon learned after the 8 inch snow storm and a new leak at covered sliding patio door that was not the case, as i am not a roof guy I hired an inspector who discovered it was improperly installed- Refusing to repair warranty is., Had a inspector to verify and of course out of 203 inspected items 30 items who discovered. Subfloors have holes in them after carpet was took out by their own floor guys I was advised not covered by warranty, but they would fix it - After over $3000/00 for supplies and install the floor doesn't have holes but the slope is still there also detected by home inspector. The furnace has a condensation leak, Things were not secured properly, Warranty advised do not fill out warranty request online just tell the warranty rep and she would fix it. Eight years ago we had a home built in Thornton by Richmond American. Now, in October 2024, we bought another brand new home. We've been please from start to finish with our sales person Holly, the building team, and the finance team. We really like our house and are making it our permanent home. My wife and I highly recommend Richmond American Homes!!

Our experience with Richmond overcame all our expectations. We got a new built with 3.9% rate! Our sales associate negotiated drop-off the price, getting appliances and covering our current lease. All stuff was professional and supportive. We really love our new home. I was built with high quality and care of customers.

Our process started in June and we made multiple trips from Iowa before we made a decision in September. Scott was available for us whenever we had questions and helped make our move to Colorado happen.

We had an amazing experience with Beverly, our sales associate. She was so communicative and helpful from start to finish! We were very happy with Adam, our construction manager. He ensured any concerns or flaws we noticed in our walkthrough were completed by closing. We love our house and neighborhood.
