Excellent customer service and very friendly. I’m was so impressed with their service. I will recommend to everyone who will buy a house.

The home has premium finishes and is a good value, especially using the builder's mortgage subsidiary. The buying process was pretty smooth, but very rushed with timeline and the time you have for walk-throughs. You also cannot go with a home inspector to the home and the inspector must be approved by the builder. You are pressured into using subsidiaries for financing and insurance. While there is some misleading marketing pressure, those companies are not responsive. The punchout list was completed, but some finishing touches could have used more care. We also were missing a screendoor and the brackets for a pre-installed TV mount. We've been told the screendoor will be installed when they're back in the community, but the phone number provided to install the TV does not work and the company we were told to use has not responded when we tried a number we found on their website. Overall, we are very happy with the value and love our new home and community. Just expect some minor bumps along the way and a rushed closing process. ... More

It was pleasure working with everyone at Richmond American Homes. Everyone was helpful, communication was easy and we did not feel pressured like we did at other new developments. Julio was outstanding! He was patient, informative, checked in with us regularly and provided guidance along the way. We immediately made a decision because of the way we were treated and the professionalism of those we worked with.

I absolutely love my new Richmond American home. Moises in the sales office was a honest, sincere, trustworthy person to work with and help me get through the selection and purchasing process. The home is beautifully made with a feeling of luxury that I am thoroughly enjoying!

We loved working with Holly! She was truly amazing and very transparent throughout the whole process. Once we were building our weekly updates with Tony began and he was always very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Once we were in the finishing stages Zack took over our weekly updates and did our walkthrough with us and also made sure things were being done properly. The team we had were great and we were very happy with our home.

Buying a new build was way less stressful than buying a resale home. And Richmond American covered all their bases in the home buying process. They took the guess work out of everything and guided us throughout the whole process. We couldn't be happier.

I am a realtor and have worked with many new builds for my clients. Some I have had issues and others I have not. With buying my own home from Richmond, I was happy to see how easy the process was and how great it was working with the lenders and sales agents. I also appreciate the quality of work that was taken in to building my home. I also loved the incentives being offered at the time of purchase. It definitely made it more affordable in the current market.

Everyone we worked with was up front and honest throughout the process. Everything happened quickly yet we did not feel rushed. Our new home is amazing, no issues and everything that was supposed to happen after we moved in happened when we were told it was going to happen.

Any way, it seemed that he tried to tell the house as kindly as possible. But there are some defects like torn screen, stuck door, grasses, and what is surprising me is no plumbing on the deck roof. Rainwater was flowing like waterfall to the point of damaging grasses. Please see the site.

Purchase process and delivery of home was terrific. The purchase value is terrific because we got a terrific price and interest rate compared to the market. The quality and craftsmanship is average but all builders homes, even custom homes, are that way since they do not use top quality materials and labor. We are still very happy with our purchase!

Although unable to select features & finishes, we were able to move in rather quickly and had financing options available. Also, we were provided with home insurance options. The financing and insurance recommendations came in handy as we were moving from out of state and were unfamiliar with local providers. The on-site project manager, Edgar, is very knowledgeable and responsive.

From start to finish, our first homebuying experience was fantastic. Our sales associate Janna was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home for our needs. She patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel confident every step of the way. When we outlined specific must haves in our home including a large center sliding door into the backyard and tile flooring with a specific color scheme Janna found the perfect lot that matched. The quality of workmanship in our new home was solid and we felt that Richmond American stood by their product and our community superintendent Travis kept the tradesmen honest. From the flooring to the finishes, the home reflected a high standard of craftsmanship. It’s clear that this builder takes pride in delivering homes that meet modern day expectations and include features that are unique and timeless. One of the things we appreciated most was the transparency throughout the process. We opted to use the builder's in house mortgage company, HomeAmerican Mortgage, and our Loan Officer Lisa kept us informed about timelines, costs, and next steps. Our Loan Processor Judy was quick to answer our questions and helped to ensure that the process went as efficiently as possible keeping everything on track for a timely closing. Overall, we are happy with our first home purchase and the team that helped us get here. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BUILDING TEAM AND MANAGEMENT DEREK, TOM, KEN, CHAD AND RICH AS WELL AS THE SALES TEAM KELLY WORST EXPERIENCE

So far, overall, we like the home and the neighborhood. There were incidences for us that could have definitely been better. There are 2 problems we had purchasing this home. One being that before we moved in, we did our our first walk thru to blue tape any last-minute imperfections that could be addressed and very little of it was actually addressed and Jesse kept trying to divert my attention and make excuses as to why those things were'nt done. Im also pretty sure that he took all of the blue tapes off before I got to the Final Walk thru for those areas so i wouldnt notice. I believe that the issue really lies in being overloaded with houses to inspect when it really shouldnt be rushed. There are the other checkups for the first year, and we understood that, but these things we requested were more than fair for the final walk thru before we moved in. The Second was the Insurance side. The agent i was forced to go with was awful, didnt even qoute me for the right house 5 times and was just sluggish. I think it would be fair to let people choose who to use for their insurance needs, especially if they have a relationship already built with their own agent. ... More
