The beginning was rough. But Jeremy ( RH )and Steve (loan officer)Jennifer (loan processor)step in where my own realtor fell out. The team that does the walk though was amazing!! If not for tough start due to someone leaving and pass-off of clients & miscommunication. I would've marked higher for overall experience. I would recommend.

Very beautiful home and the people involved in the sale were wonderful.

Upstair sub floor squeaks, wall fixtures not square with floor or wall, plaster on carpet, paint on flooring, sliding door screen won’t stay on track, front door frame screws visible, some aspects not fully explained, garbage disposal switch inside de cabinet under sink, cheap appliances, garage GFI keeps tripping, stick ventilation not explained fully…etc

Disappointed with having half bathroom floor dug up to repair issue with flange lodged in sewer piping. Vinyl floor material used in home is very poor qualify. Very disappointed with it.

She is awesome to work with. Extremely thorough, attentive, and follows through. She's communicative, and a problem solver.

I live my new house, layout and design. Wish they could have added installation throughout the whole house. Carpet could have been better. Overall I am happy with the house.

My experience throughout the home buying experience was excellent! Nikki, Tim, and Madison were all very professional, thourough and really made this moving experience, which is naturally stressful, nearly seamless!

Was a horrible Experience.

Our original sales person, Jeff, was not transparent by failing to disclose important information regarding homeowner's insurance. He is no longer with Richmond American, and since then, Brigitte has been spot on. We also had an issue with our Assistant Superintendent, Kevin, who did not complete items prior to closing that he had agreed would be finished. He even removed the blue tape from places that hadn't been touched! The actual Superintendent, Rex, has been incredible, trying to resolve the issues that Kevin didn't rectify. Our biggest disappointment was the "included" front yard landscaping that we paid for; all of the plants were dead prior to move in and only the trees were living. Since then, we have spent more money on creating a beautiful front yard, the one we should've had with our home purchase. We are extremely happy with our home design choices and products, however, because of the major issues we encountered, we would not recommend Richmond American homes to family and friends. ... More

By far this has been the worse experience ever. The entire loan process was ridiculous and overkill, the house was filthy dirty when i received it, my fridge is missing a filter, my garbage disposal wasnt working and i had to pay out of pocket to fix it. I had beer bottles left in my backyards and still had some tape left from the marked areas that needed fixing. Very dissatisfied and the only reason that I finished the pricess waa because of my situation I was in. Beautiful homes but that’s all.

Our agent for Richmond was not the best. The home has been great thus far. The mortgage company Richmond uses is horrible. The first and final walk through was lazy

Gene and Brian were so welcoming and able to answer all our questions and address the concerns that arose. They were available when needed and willing to help any way possible. They made this decision a no brainer, we are so thankful to them.

Dadina was wonderful! From start to finish she answered our questions, met us during off times, provided updates on the build, and provided us with a great experience. 30 days in and the quality of the home is amazing. This is true testament to the superintendent (Steven) and his crew. They kept on schedule to the day which is a remarkable achievement.

I really can't say enough great things about my home buying experience. As a single person buying a home, it was all quite overwhelming but everyone has been so kind and helpful. Brent was amazing throughout the buying process (going above and beyond such as measuring the refrigerator space). Then, the get the house perfect for move in team (I believe his name was Zach) was outstanding -and then I've had a few issues but Nick/Rick have been very responsive and supportive, post move-in. Signed on at dirt lot. Found out later was quick build. No changes allowed. Builder continually stated to not allow viewing at home could be breach of contract. Though found multiple issues, pointed out. Hopefully fixed. Probably hidden issues, Many neighbors raising concerns about builds related to water, water temp, creaks, cracks, builder repairs, false expectations, false repair orders, sub contractor issues with improper installation or any/appliances or other utilities. None of our appliances were tested prior to purchase date as water/gas wasn't turned on.Now with nee 2024 pricing value of build doesn't make sense probably really 150K less value than reality but 2024 is where we are and hopefully our fixes, modifications and they should have fired their curator as options chosen don't make sense. But our upgrades should improve property value. Richmond American has been around for quite sometime but our neighborhood was rushed. ... More

Our walk thru was rushed. After clising someone came and changed our outside circuit breaker. Asked the supervisor and we were told they were just installed to pass the city code. AC breaker now keeps tripping. AC is very uneven and keeps some rooms really cold and others hot. Outside patio lights do not work. Calking is already coming off. On line repair request no respinse!

Overall the buying experience was very good. The let down came after I closed on the home. There were workmanship issues that were found and discussed when I did my initial walk through. At final walk through some were taken care of but others weren't and still haven't been addressed a month later. Communication has been nil. While I understand that this is only one home out of the hundreds they are building it's still important. The sales team was good, and responsive. The construction team started that way, but as the construction neared completion they became less so. I'll see how it goes with the warranty team. ... More

If I had it to do over I’d never buy a house from them. Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can in the other direction.

Mike was completely attentive and available to us through the whole home building and qualifying process. Albert has been totally responsive to all we need during and following the close of our home. Outstanding service!

Very nice house, good value for the money.
