Our experience was extremely happy. Rosemary and Marcos, as well as Eric were literally holding our hands as we walked through a rather difficult sell/buy situation. The underwriting staff were courteous and quite professional. I thank and bless them all. THIS is the way to sell a home.

The construction superintendent does not have any control over the subcontractors resulting in shoddy work and a frustrating purchase process. Finishes and materials are less than mediocre. Responsiveness from the builder is below standard.

Overall my wife and I are better living here in Mesquite Nv, than Las Vegas Nevada

The superintendent Eric was excellent. Very thorough and responsive.

The home is great, Susan was great to work with, Joey also has gone above and beyond. As far as purchasing the home, worst experience ever. Terrible communication amongst themselves, lots of wasted time because no one could pick up a phone to communicate what they needed specifically.

Everyone was so pleasant, even though we had to problems, they came and took care of it with no hesitation

overall experience was good especially betty and victoria but the loan officer she provided me such a stupid lady kim like she has bad attitude never reply to your calls emails and messages i don’t know why hire that kinda idiot people in their teams. if your loan officer is kim good luck to your guys. they need to fire her alteast then her attitude towards truckers little nice

Salesperson, David and the construction supervisor, Bob are the only persons I can say, WOW they are amazingly amazing!!!! Responsible, responded in timely manners, kind, friendly… I can’t really finish the list of how incredible person they are, God bless them!

I think the job they did on the house was well done. Overall the quality is great. Some minor fixes are required, but overall great.

Not impressed with customer service and constantly having to remind people on how to do their jobs. Horrible at returning texts and phone calls. Disappointed because I thought Richmond was a good and reliable company.

The best experience I had with Richmond is the sales rep. Inna was very detail and responsive and she was absolutely great to work with! She went the extra mile to help me! It was a great experience!

As first time home buyers we had heard stories about how difficult buying a home can be. That was not the case with Richmond. They explained the process so well and made each step simple. Grant was always there to answer questions and did an amazing job from start to finish. Erin made getting all the documents we needed to share easy and helped us know what was coming next so we were prepared. If we ever had questions she was quick to respond and easy to work with. We would recommend buying a home through Richmond to anyone!

My realtor and the sales lady Samantha was great. However, the builder was never at any of my walk through. He was not aware of all the issues that I was told would be fixed. The house was just built and the foundation in the garage is cracked up everywhere. They tried to say it’s settlement without looking at it. How would a new house be settling before I moved in? The windows have cracks around them from drywall not done correctly and the paint is wiping off simply by touching it on every corner wall. There is no quarter round so now I have open wood everywhere. They rush building the home and the builder is too busy. ... More

Everything went smoothly. Some things were not taken care and at a few points, felt rushed, but overall, a good experience.

The sales agent Dan was extremely helpful, communicative, and accessible during the pre-purchase process. Once I signed the contract, that completely changed. He took multiple days to respond to questions and didn’t come to the blue tape walkthrough. The construction team at the blue tape walkthrough was an assistant and a guy that was here for a week. The assistant left 30 minutes into the walk because he had a doctors appointment and was unaware of the walkthrough until the morning of. This left me asking questions 5 days from closing that couldn’t be answered by the guy there for a week, and the sales agent nowhere to be found. Upon closing day, 90% of my list was incompleted. The house was not clean, paint all over the floors, dust from drywall touchups all over the floor, and the exterior by hose bibs were splattered with paint. The construction team was clearly spread too thin and my punch list was not a priority. The punch list is still incomplete 30+ days from closing. My experience for my new home was not properly installed heat and cold insulation protecting heat during summer time During heat waves my house reached over 98 degrees if you don’t used air conditioning.I used to live in Stockton I never experienced 98 degrees inside my home even outside with 115 degrees.

To busy to finish houses and do not put in the quality into their work. When trying to get problems fixed, they are impossible to reach.

The Sales Personnel is Outstanding! However, the Project Management Unfortunately is Inexperienced, Lack of Pride in the Craft of Building a Home, Lack of Professionalism (No Shows at Appointments, No Sense of Urgency to Correct Issues, Etc.) and No Corrective Plan of Action within Supervisors to Apprehend those employees.

Communication was excellent. Quality of workmanship is very good.

Don’t go without a Realator and don’t believe the salesman John he will say anything just to make a sale and the he will lie and say he never said it. He had us fly from Hawaii for the frame walk and the project superintendent was not ready to do the frame walk because the home wasn’t ready for it. Remember your not to hold them up in anyway but it will never be there fault if they are not ready when they inform you that they will be. As for the quality of the home I would have expected it to have been much better. The drywall in the home is already cracked in one of the door frames by the garage entry, the paint has different shades in the living room , lights in bathrooms and chandeliers, along with light switches are obviously not level. The drywall on the ceiling for pendant lights in kitchen have areas around them that need to be repaired there is also a dirty hand print near one of the pendant lights on the ceiling. There is paint spatter on the flooring throughout the home. It appears that they put little to no effort in cleaning the home prior to us moving in. Also they are still building this community and the don’t seam to pick up there rubbish and it blows into everyone’s yard and you have to pick up their debris on a daily basis. It seems as though they only want pump out the homes as fast as they can with no attention to detail or pride in there workmanship. The workers leave nails and debris in the street. Even the stucco siding has a lot of cracks in it and the home has only been built for approximately 6 weeks. Come on Richmond American I know you can do better if you try and care about your customers or do you only care about sales, these homes are not cheap ours was just over 840,000 $$$.
