The people involved in process were great! Moving in hasn’t been great! Already having appliance and plumbing issues! My biggest disappointment is that our house is the ONLY one in the neighborhood without windows at the top of garage door! For the money we’re paying, I don’t understand why we’re the only unit without windows in the garage!

Purchased a new home in Fernandina Beach Florida. Selling Agent was professional, patient, informative and responsive to questions. She knew the community well and took great pride in her job, company, and in helping us find the right home!

It started off good but changed construction supervisor before closing. Things I was promised suddenly disappeared. After closing found issues that I’m still waiting for warranty to repair. And 1 item I’m not sure how they are going to repair but I can’t move in until it is resolved. I’m not sure I would buy from this builder again

Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever had such a smooth experience with a builder before in my life. Everything they had promised was done and then some. First home as a child in Colorado was a Richmond home and now, hopefully my forever, is also a Richmond home!

The entire staff at Sorrells, including the superintendent, were exceptional throughout my home-buying process and even after closing. While there were a few issues that arose after I signed my paperwork, the team was prompt, responsive, and made sure those concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. The warranty department was also outstanding very attentive and easy to communicate with. Overall, my experience with Richmond was a positive one. Like any new home purchase, there may be minor issues, but Richmond stood behind their work and ensured everything was taken care of. Richmond American Homes has some of the most functional, efficient designs, and desirable upgrade options of the builders we visited. My purchase experience with RAH was quick, to-the-point (and no sale games). Everyone was very professional to work with. RHA team was very thorough in the after-sale follow-ups to make sure we have all questions answered, and our new home is as complete as can be.

I am happy with the opportunity this great company gave me; I recommend it 100%.

We moved in the new house about 45 days ago and I still have blue tapes everywhere and things that have not been fixed or done from the final walkthrough. Everyday I am discovering new things and the response takes a while to get things fixed here.

Cheap appliances and fixtures. Front door knob fell of in first couple days. Bathroom faucets have broken. Floor squeaks. Sliding door and window stick. Dishwasher is cheap with poor functionality...

30 days have come and gone and they have yet to fix the huge crack along the ceiling. They came for the small touch ups and said they’d return for the major one. But nothing

The home could have used another day of cleaning before taking possession. Finding more areas where walls and doorways are not square. Overall, satisfied with value.

I had a realtor, which made it easy to narrow my search down before I even started. We met with the office and the sales people were great. Andrew and my realtor helped me get my family in before the New year!

Working with the sales staff was one of the most pleasurable and knowledgeable experiences I've had. I would definitely work with my team again!

My husband and I had the most amazing home buying experience. This is our first home and honestly we were not looking and didn't think this was achievable.
