The Craftsmanship of the homes in Timber Crest is worse than any other builder I have ever encountered. I'd take D.R. Horton over the garbage Richmond American had produced. The President of the TN operations is a lifelong salesman with no construction or development experience and it shows. EVERY SINGLE HOME in Timber Crest has issues. Everything from concerning drainage for water runoff in the neighborhood to forgetting to install insulation in homes (yes, forgetting to install insulation!!) has resulted in nightmares for all the residents in our community. Never buy from Richmond American. ...
