Our decision to purchase the house was heavily influenced by the floor plan and the quality of the finishes. During the construction process, the staff worked closely with us to answer questions and facilitate a final product that fit our needs and wants. We experienced a change in project manager, and some of the pending issues that were identified during site visits were not properly communicated. Despite these challenges, the company has taken the necessary steps to address the issues and find adequate solutions. In summary, we are very happy with the house and our decision to purchase it. We appreciate the corrections made by the company to better serve home buyers. Here are a few suggestions for improvement for future buyers: 1. Consider increasing the time allotted for the option selection process or splitting it into two days. 2. The landscaping company used could be more consumer-friendly and more flexible in its approach. 3. Quality assurance process on home prep for delivery in particular removing all the dirt from floors accumulated during the building process could be better.
