Overall quality for a track home was excellent!

I have purchased three houses from Shea in Recker Pointer community. Of the three houses, two have really bad issue with heating and Ac system. Multiple attempts to fix the issue did not get resolved and I was told that heating contractor is not responsible for the vent installation. I have try to reach out to Shea and no response yet. This is not acceptable since we have bought three houses brand new. Please have Shea representative to contact me and resolve the issue.

Originally Shea didn't want us to close in mid-December until a much delayed garage door arrived and was installed. They finally agreed to install an alternative garage door to allow us to proceed with our closing. That was much appreciated. Our garage door finally arrived over a month later and was installed but had two damaged panels. Replacement panels arrived damaged. We are now approaching a three month wait without an acceptable door. We've asked our damaged door to be painted the proper color to allow our home to appear completed from a distance, but Shea has refused.

Nice experience working with the Shea team. Very responsive to address any issue I had quickly.

Excellent experience! I ultimately bought my Shea home the virtual way! COVID-19 has changed many things for us all. After searching different Arizona areas and houses on line, I determined the Wickenburg Ranch development was a good fit. I love the terrain, the hills and mountains, the openness was extremely appealing! Gave me a sense of freedom.! Fortunately when I made contact with Shea homes for “move-in”ready homes, I was connected to Ted. Ted is a terrific person to work with. He conducted virtual tours multiple times on several homes of interest. I have to admit I procrastinated and missed opportunities. A few months later, I contacted Ted again and he helped me find a lovely home. Ted is an excellent resource and very patient. TaDa... .. I own a Shea home!! It is well built with modern design features and style! First time I actually saw my home was just before closing! My trust in Shea builders was on target! Thus far no problems or disappointments! The purchasing of this property was the worst experience I have ever had. Damaged products were put into my home and I’m still dealing with Neal for resolution. I’m going to reach out to the better business bureau and issue a formal complaint.

After going through multiple previous home builds/renovations, our Shea experience was the smoothest ever. My husband and I appreciate knowing the details of how things work, and everyone at Shea was extremely helpful, informative and responsive throughout the process.

Shea builds a good product. We purchased a model home in Gateway Quarter and although it was priced as-is, the prep of repairing items such as holes in the wall and paint matching was not good. Promises regarding the replacement of dead landscaping were not kept.

My home buying experience with SheaHomes was great. Eric and Marci made sure that I am comfortable at each step. There was no aggressive selling or any kind of rush. Both Eric and Marci are very prompt in their communication. Eric has a wealth of experience working with SheaHomes and Marci is very thorough in all the paperwork. The closing experience was good too and after moving in, their customer service continues with the great experience we have had till now. The build quality is excellent and there are no complaints at all. I recommend buying home with SheaHomes.

From the moment I inquired about buying a Shea Home, the experience was amazing. Everyone was great to work with and very understanding. They we're knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I really like what Shea offered over some of the other builders. Some of their options that other builders charge for were standard features for Shea. I really enjoyed working with the community rep, some of the design center reps, and the project manager. The excitement of having a new home built is so much fun and not having any issues made it that much more enjoyable. Any issues or concerns that were brought to their attention it was handled immediately and also confirmed that to me as the buyer. Supportive staff, Shawna, Laura, And Steve, were all most supportive, knowledgeable, and responsive.

Love the Ranch and layout, love the design of the homes, love the friendliness of the community. Disappointed in the quality of our home. One month punch list has 38 items to be fixed/corrected and growing daily. Just yesterday we both went into the bedroom and closed the door; couldn’t get out. Used the patio door and electric door to get back in.

Inside has minor issues. Landscaping & trash enclosure have issues that haven’t been completed.

It was the easiest experience one could ask for. The staff was helpful from beginning to end. Actually, they are still hopeful even after the build was finished. Very friendly.
