Great experience all around! Home is beautiful and Design center was very flexible with cabinet layout. Lots of beautiful options! Realtor and builder sent weekly pics of progress and after move in, fast to fix anything that isn’t perfect.

The gentleman that does the home warranty visits is the best!

This is the third home I've had built and Shea Homes/Trilogy has, by far, been the best home builder I've worked with. The attention to detail and responsiveness to my questions and concerns has been superb. The quality of workmanship is unsurpassed.

Generally, our experience was very good. We did have a problem with one of our air conditioners however, within a reasonable period of time, it was completely replaced our seller, Laura and warranty Specialist Neal Were in communication with us during the process and saw Us through the problem being resolved.

Shea Homes delivers a quality product in the proposed timeline of completion. The entire crew was courteous and attentive to include me in the entire process.

Our sales people Kris and Mike were so inviting and knowledgeable about the product while our super’s Jason and Joe were incredibly responsive and willing to accommodate our concerns. House is a 10/10 and somewhere we can see ourselves for the rest of our lives. So happy.

Shea Homes built a beautiful home and we are very happy with overall appearance and design. There were minor things that needed to be fixed upon closing but they have or are in the process of being addressed. Everyone has been very friendly throughout the whole process.

Overall a great experience. The team was generally responsive and accommodating. One of the trades cost us an additional $2K because of a lack of communication, but that's a trade, not Shea directly. If we were to build another home from scratch again, I would use Shea as we feel the build quality and materials used are very good.

Overall, it's been a terrific experience contracting with Shea for our new home in North Scottsdale. New to AZ from the East Coast, the Shea team made the process relatively simple, efficient and comprehensive, with great communication and caring teams. The Sales team of Lynda and Paula made our transition easy to understand and complete. The construction supervisors, Todd and Kory, are absolutely terrific. Their communication and attention to detail made it unnecessary to visit the house during construction, using Teams and FaceTime to view progress and make decisions. The final hand-over of the house and subsequent follow up has been well-handled and efficient. Shea did very well ! My only suggestion to Shea is to include more "upgrades" as standard or provide an allowance for items that most everyone will want and ultimately order. Everything went super smooth and quick.

Every person in every position throughout the process have been soo helpful and very friendly. We have created friends thru this process!! They are very responsive!

The sales representative (Mike) and construction supervisor (Alexis) where excellent at keeping us informed during the construction of the house.

Shea made the home buying and building experience easy. We looked at several builders and none compared to the quality of Shea.
