This is our second new build and the experience with Shea was much better than our last experience. The Shea team was very responsive throughout the process and went above and beyond. Now that we are in our new home they continue to quickly address any warranty items. Their homes are high quality and and up-to-date with the latest technology and smart products.

Our journey was great! The thing that stood out to me most was the attentiveness to our needs. Everything has been handled so professionally and in a timely manner. The follow ups and eagerness to address issues is head and shoulders above our other experiences with other builders. We would only ever buy a Shea home again if we were to move from our new dream home!

Very impressed with my home. I love the floorplan and location so much. We've had some issues after closing and the warranty process has been great. All the different trades who have come to my home have been punctual, prompt, and professional. I'm extremely happy.

So far, so good...Glenn is great to work with regarding repairs as he is very responsive and communicates well. We have only been in two months but very pleased so far.

From sales to design center to buildout, every interaction we had was helpful and informative. Really felt like everyone was on our side helping to get our home just right. Very positive experience.

I satisfied most of all in my house. But just one I want a water supply plant on the other side of my house.

From day one the experience with Dave and Missy was amazing. We were kept in the loop with step by step house progress the entire time . They held their end of the bargain with how long the build would take. There was no surprises. The price was well known and no hidden fees along the way. The house is so well built with 2x6s. Virtual design studio was thorough and professional. The walkthrough was so easy and meticulous. No stones left unturned and we were told “we want it to be perfect for you” Willy was amazing and so knowledgeable and friendly. Working with the PMs were great, all of them were punctual, easy and quick to respond, updated us constantly to know where we are in the process. We even were ahead of the target date and that was relayed to us for preparation of the move. Overall a great experience for my first new build

The whole home buying experience was actually pretty easy. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The bill quality of Shea Holmes borders on five stars. I gave it four stars because they were just some silly finishing mistakes that really should’ve been captured and addressed prior to us moving in. Mostly painting so it was just cosmetic touchup stuff but still at the price point they should’ve found these.

As new residents to Colorado, we stumbled upon the Lyricas we were transitioning from leasing to purchasing. Ideal location, spacious home, good workmanship. We made a great choice.

The building process, design center and warranty processes have all been great. The house design is perfect and the building products are high quality.

Shea had a great selection of what we were looking for in a new home. Also, several modern features were standard which was nice. House is beautiful inside and out. With the small issues that have popped up the warranty team has responded quickly to find solutions

we’ve had a great experience with Shea and their team. We love our house and they’ve been extra responsive if we’ve had a problem. We bought an inventory home that just fell through, so it was a very fast process. Very happy so far.

We have experience with Shea and know they are a quality builder, that is why we came here. We're had some minor issues, that are being taken care of. Like the window sills paint comes off easily when the shades are left down, then you pull them up, and all the paint comes off, laving you with bare wood showing. That shows the wood isn't absorbing the paint, so it wasn't primed or something else. Also, the lack of privacy for the homes being so tightly packed, we knew about but once you live it, its quite annoying, even though we have nice neighbors. I can actually here their knives and forks on their plates when they eat dinner, and their conversation while they sit at their table. That is a factor of it being so quite out here. I lived in high rise condo's with balconies near each other and noise kept it more private. But the builder experience, and support staff has been excellent.
