All charges were not disclosed up front (SID). Didn’t find out about it until signing contract. I was told certain things were included in the HOA which were not. The solar company that I had to sign a contract with filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, leaving me in limbo. There were overcharges on documents sent to the loan company. Still waiting to hear back from the HOA management regarding a correction on my account. I will say Frankie went to bat for me regarding building issues. Dishonest sales office and supervisor. Lied about available floor plans in order to up sell. Lied about reasons for extensive delays and failed to take responsibility, simply blaming others for mistakes and problems. Disrespected me as a client. Failed to acknowledge my extreme disappointment with the entire home buying experience.
